Last month our receipt was not emailed to us and we had to go to the office to get it. The month before they were updating their system so we could not pay online and had to go into the office. And now, we have to go to the office to pay our storage and hopefully get a receipt. This is if they are in the office. They raise your monthly fee every 10-12 months under the guise that they are making site improvements. When in reality they are only maintaining the facility. If it was not such a hassle to find another unit we would have done this months ago. FYI to those looking in the Brighton area, stay away from these folks.
