Luckily, they were able to come out as soon as they could after driving a hour and half from Ohio. Maria, called us immediately after the request was made and stayed in contact with me the entire time Via text. Once they arrived, they got to work immediately and got everything inside our apartment in less than an hour. They put everything where we wanted it and didn't break anything. We will definitely be requesting them again when we move into a house.

As soon as I called the office to see if they had found my missing glasses, they let me know that they found the case but mysteriously there were no glasses to be found. I honestly believe an employee at this location stole my glasses. Of course there is nothing they can do to investigate or help out the situation. I'm just letting it be known that I believe this location has some untrustworthy staff members because I am certain my glasses were stolen.

We picked up a truck & car hauler from this location to drive to JAX Florida this past week, and…read morehad a horrible experience. First, they gave us the wrong truck and had to switch it out, then the one they gave us had not been cleaned so we had to wait for someone to go through and clean it. After getting in the truck and hitting the road (for 16 hours mind you) we realized the windshield wipers were annihilated, the AC vents were falling out of the sockets, the arm rest of the drivers seat was broken and hanging from the hinge, and the drivers side door did not close all the way. After making it to Florida, we went to drop the truck off down the road and we were told it was the wrong drop off location. This is after we specifically asked the Waterford location if we had to take it to a specific location for drop off, and were told no, you can drop it off at any location in Jacksonville. It seems U-haul on Highland road has much room for improvement.
