I had the best experience ever at this storage unit…read more They accommodated me on short notice. The manager went out of her way attempting to find me additional paid assistance moving my items into into their temporary resting point. When she was unable to find help she took it upon herself to assist me moving each and every item out of my truck into the unit. This was not an easy task! ... (26 foot truck) required quite a bit of manual labor. The manager refused to let me pay her insisting she wanted to help. (That doesn't mean you shouldn't tip her!) It's not often you find people who just want to lend you a hand. They obviously hire great people. I never write reviews. This is my first. I could say many more things about the hospitality I experienced today but I'll leave it at that. Prices are great and guest service is top of the line. I will recommend them to everyone. I'm glad I'm only using this place for a short period of time because I'm not sure how much of the unprofessionalism I can tolerate. Saying this to say, you get what you pay for. If you have it to spare, take your money elsewhere if you want to be treated with any form of respect. they only get 2 stars because they were available when I needed, and the price was what I could afford at that time, but if I had the extra to spare I definitely would've chosen elsewhere.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an unresolved issue with a leak in my storage unit ceiling, which I previously reported via email. Following my report, I was informed that I would need to move all of my belongings into another unit. Today, I was asked to leave my key behind so maintenance could assess the damage. Unfortunately, I am currently working and do not have the manpower to relocate my items into another unit on such short notice. .At no point was I offered an apology or any supportive solution. Instead, I was met with cold and dismissive behavior. This is not the first time I've had to deal with this particular staff member, whose unprofessional attitude has become a recurring issue. She frequently over-talks me, making matters worse rather than helping to resolve them. I was told she would enter my unit without my consent, citing a contract clause. I explicitly told her not to enter my storage or touch my personal belongings without my presence, and that request was disregarded.Given the current leak and the lack of available larger units when I first rented, I believe I should be transferred without additional cost or inconvenience.
