Jamie, from EZ, was wonderful and went over and beyond. I contacted EZ Storage letting them know that in a week I would need a unit. They had several options that they were running specials on and even called me a few days later when they had units pop up on the first floor in a prime location. When I went to EZ to sign my lease, Jamie was super thorough, explaining my different options, mapping out where the different available units were located and then showed me my specific unit. With the stress of moving this was one part of the move that was seamless. I had an issue with my movers and their size truck, but Jamie came out and met me on a Sunday (when they are normally closed) and helped solve the issue. The facility is very clean and I can not say enough about the A+ customer service!

Old owners took care of this if there was any issues. Karts not available u less office open. Some old karts that won't roll if office closed. Prices kept going up and up. The people storing their stuff there just kept getting scarier and scarier. They had break ins a few times coming in through the emergency doors and couldn't catch. I was never informed until after I noticed I didn't have 24 access anymore. They had to quit giving this cause too many things happening. I did call main number and complain after all my stuff smelled like moth balls but they did nothing. I finally moved out and much happier at my new unit. There is never a cart at this location to load your stuff after hours so if you are hard headed enough to still come here after reading this, make sure you bring your own dolly or cart. If you come during business hours you have to give the front desk your ID in order to get a cart - which must mean people have been stealing here. There is a dude here that looks like he might live here part time so be on the lookout for him if you come here as well. I should have known when I signed up and there was an older woman there that day complaining about the rates and everything I just mentioned, that this might not be a good move, and I was right. Moving out of desperation costs and Public Storage, so far, is a ripoff. I am completely dissatisfied, and I can't wait to be done with these con artists. Update: Dan, the manager for this location reached out to me after reading this review and did try to make things right. He did offer me a small credit on my next bill and that speaks in volume to someone who is watching every dime right now. He explained that the rental raise was a "corporate" decision and there wasn't much he could do. I appreciate the effort in trying to help me out which shows someone does care at some level.
