Jamie, from EZ, was wonderful and went over and beyond. I contacted EZ Storage letting them know that in a week I would need a unit. They had several options that they were running specials on and even called me a few days later when they had units pop up on the first floor in a prime location. When I went to EZ to sign my lease, Jamie was super thorough, explaining my different options, mapping out where the different available units were located and then showed me my specific unit. With the stress of moving this was one part of the move that was seamless. I had an issue with my movers and their size truck, but Jamie came out and met me on a Sunday (when they are normally closed) and helped solve the issue. The facility is very clean and I can not say enough about the A+ customer service!

Now there was a constant alarm buzzing sound as we were moving in, but it was good that the person who was cleaning up the facility said she was on it with getting a key to the the alarm, to turn off the buzzing noise. Old owners took care of this if there was any issues. Karts not available u less office open. Some old karts that won't roll if office closed. Prices kept going up and up. I was never informed until after I noticed I didn't have 24 access anymore. They had to quit giving this cause too many things happening. I did call main number and complain after all my stuff smelled like moth balls but they did nothing. I finally moved out and much happier at my new unit. I could not get in the door because the sliding doors were malfunctioning, and every other door was locked and I could not get into the customer service area staff is nice. I will strongly recommend that you find somewhere else to do business with when you need storage. I feel bad for saying this, because the two young ladies that I work with or professional and nice but overall business of this facility absolutely sucks I still have not heard back from them as to why my account was close For not having anything in there quick enough, but they still got their money. I am so glad to be done with these people and this company that I am probably going to throw a party, just for that alone. They have mixed my unit up with another unit, charged me the wrong amount, locked me out of my unit, had no way to get me into my unit because the stairs were locked, and the elevator was out of order, and they have hired a few incompetent people. I would never recommend Public Storage to anyone I care about. But if I don't like you, I think you should go there and put all of your things in storage and leave them there for all eternity.
