They even let you use a truck for free to move your stuff in, not too shabby. They have elevators to each floor. They provide carts for easy moving. The parking inside the main garage can get backed up and busy at times, but people eventually move sooner or later. They gave us a personal code to get in and out of the garage so you can access your storage 24 hours a day. It's clean, still fairly new and super convenient.

Movers left boxes out in garage, furniture not…read moreassembled, dresser on its side, etc. They took advantage of it being the last move of the day, us driving 1700+ miles and 3 days, and me not being able to follow them around the house to constantly remind me them where the clearly labeled boxes were supposed to go (and that dressers need to not be on their sides if I am to use them). This is the first time I've used movers to unload a truck. It won't be the last, but I definitely won't be using this company again. When I called the owner about this, he claimed I was lying, that I should have directed them better, and that this (if it even happened) was my fault. Then he offered to send more people out to help organize. I declined, as this put me and my family in an uncomfortable position. He gave us $17 for the 2 hr job that wasn't completed (and the guys even left before 2 hrs was up). This experience has taught me to never "blindly" tip someone without first being able to thoroughly inspect their work.
