The service here by Marius is AWESOME, he helped me with the van and all the things I needed but he added in a personal touch and helped me navigate and find a doctor to help with my family members sudden health issues. He called just to check in and worked with me as I needed the van for longer than expected. I couldnt imagine a better person to have met during this time in my life. He was also very professional and helped me figure out which things I'd need to make the move easier. The prices here are fair and I took out the extra coverage cuz credit cards don't cover rental equipment and the cost per day was very reasonable and just so easy to pick up and drop off and extend my rental. I'd recommend this place to anyone for their U-Haul needs and special shoutout to Marius he's a real gem of a guy and helped me with finding movers last minute and really just made a difficult situation easier and customer relationships are very important to me he's genuine, thoughtful and kind so I'd recommend this location to anyone as they go above and beyond in my recent experience.

I was never assigned a unit number and was informed that one would not be assigned until I signed a lease. Ended up having to leave town for a family emergency, they told me that I LEGALLY had the unit because a form was filled out and had to fill out a from to vacate the unit and they legally had the right to charge me. The people working *hite *rash. Lots of other places that are not privately owned unethical monsters.

At least one of the elevators were down at times, and I usually only went and 6 times a year to take stuff in and out. The climate control met it didn't go below freezing or above 100. By the end of my time, the flatbeds were locked up most of the time and you had to leave you license to even use. But since the office was closed most of the time I was there, who could you do that with. Glad I could move to a place I didn't need this anymore.

Like most storage systems, they offer 24/7 access to add or retrieve things from your unit. We talked with Kristen about availability and pricing. She told us the current monthly prices as: 5'x5' for $45, 5'x10' for $70, and 10'x10' for $100. She said that only 5'x5' units were available at this time but offered to put us on a waitlist for a larger unit, which we accepted. Overall, the grounds and units appeared clean and well maintained. Although the units were not climate controlled, they appeared dry and resistant to the elements. And for our purpose, it is a convenient location between our current home and the area we are focusing on for our next house.

They really wow'd me with their customer service! I am a…read morefirst timer with renting a storage unit and EZ Storage made the process very easy and they were super helpful with my tight timeline. Jamie, from EZ, was wonderful and went over and beyond. I contacted EZ Storage letting them know that in a week I would need a unit. They had several options that they were running specials on and even called me a few days later when they had units pop up on the first floor in a prime location. When I went to EZ to sign my lease, Jamie was super thorough, explaining my different options, mapping out where the different available units were located and then showed me my specific unit. With the stress of moving this was one part of the move that was seamless. I had an issue with my movers and their size truck, but Jamie came out and met me on a Sunday (when they are normally closed) and helped solve the issue. The facility is very clean and I can not say enough about the A+ customer service!
