Ice cream lines are notoriously slow when busy because of guests wanting to try flavors and only having one long ice cream display so be patient of the bottleneck. I got a version of their rocky road, which tasted a lot like sweet, but not necessarily the ingredients listed if that makes sense? The toppings and chunks were plentiful and the ice cream itself was slightly creamy, and not icy. The kids loved it and staff were all very friendly!

Rich, buttery, and packed with chocolate chips and perfectly gooey in the middle, with those irresistible crispier edges. It reminded me of Starbucks' fudge oat bar, but better, richer, and more indulgent. Purebread is a Whistler institution and the line up at the village location makes sense once you see the selection. Would absolutely wait in line again.

I guess my expectations were a little too high and my eyes ordered more than I should have. Ordered 2 cinnamon rolls and a long John. I was quite disappointed in both. The cinnamon rolls were quite dry and not enough ooey gooey cinnamon, butter and sugar filling. The frosting doesn't quite melt either. It was only when you got to the center was when the cinnamon rolls were soft with filling. The other parts are just dry and flavorless. The long John was also underwhelming. They used the same frosting as the cinnamon rolls inside the long John. I guess I'm used to more of a custard filling. Sadly, I'm still in search of a great cinnamon roll in Whistler.

We were in here in the last two days in the morning and we…read morespecifically asked the owner what time they close and she said 7 PM so we went back at 6 PM last night and they were closed. We thought it was a fluke because of a recent Pemberton Fire with a lot of employees living there, etc. Then we went back tonight at 6 PM again for dessert and they were closed again. Two employees are in there, but the lights are off and they won't answer the door. There's a big sign that says they're open till 7 PM every day. It's the owner's choice what time she chooses to stay open till, but your signage needs to reflect your actual hours consistently. Also, your Yelp hours need to be accurate too. People drive all the way over here and pay for parking and then you're closed. It's extremely disappointing and I've been supporting your business since around 2007.

Stumbled on Forecast when looking for quick breakfast options that were on our route to Whistler…read moreOlympic Park... and wound up coming back a second time because their breakfast sandwich blew our minds. Their breakfast sandwich comes in three varieties: bacon, sausage, and veggie. All three are served on the most delightful brioche bun with a perfect cheese selection and an egg made fresh to order (literally watched the guy crack the eggs to be cooked). The accompaniments on each sandwich are perfectly curated to create a symphony of flavors and textures, and it was the perfect serving size to leave us feeling full but not stuffed for our subsequent Nordic ski adventures. In addition to an impeccable breakfast sandwich, the vibe at Forecast is instantly cozy and welcoming, with high ceilings, tons of seating, and airy wood and plant decor. Their extensive menu is displayed on the wall, featuring a number of different sandwiches and breakfast options as well as all of your classic coffee shop drinks. They offer bags of their freshly roasted coffee for purchase as well (when we purchased one, the printed date showed us it was roasted just 3 days prior!!). I'm more of a tea person, but I really enjoyed the option to have a London Fog, and my coffee-inclined friends raved about several of their roasts. They also offer cocktails and other alcoholic bevvies for the apres ski crowd.

It was cold, and they had a sign outside saying you could personalize your hot chocolate by choosing any of their 10 flavors. We had to check it out. As soon as you walk in, there's a big assortment of loose chocolate, candies, and treats. They have items for purchase on the wall that would make great gifts -for example a fondue kit. Towards the back, there's a truffle display. That's where you place your order. They have so many chocolate flavors. I chose the hazelnut praline for my hot chocolate and the crunchy hazelnut for a mini cone. Both were amazing. The chocolate for the cone is SO thick. You can bite through it and it's dense. It is a bit messy, so make sure to grab a bunch of napkins. The hot chocolate had whipped cream and marshmallows on top. It was exactly what I wanted on a cold night. Service was super friendly and helpful. They also let me taste different flavors before making my pick. While waiting, I enjoyed reading more about the history and commitment to farmers and sustainability on the corner wall.
