I have had other auto detailing companies, but The Detail Dudes are ,by far superior to all others. Next service I used The Detail Dudes for was my sofa/couch. Within a few short hours, they had already diagnosed the issue and provided a full update. A special shoutout to Jessica, who coordinated everything for me over the phone and via text. She was extremely kind, clear, and patient, walking me through each step and making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What really impressed me was the transparency and technology they use -- they sent me a full digital diagnostic report with photos, test results, and recommendations. It made it easy to understand exactly what was going on with my car. Even more impressive: instead of charging me for unnecessary repairs, they did the extra research and discovered that my issue -- a failed Thermo Control Valve (TCV) -- was covered under Subaru's extended warranty (TSB 09-119-24). They explained everything clearly, tested the part by unplugging it and confirming the codes disappeared, and helped me realize I could get the repair done for free at my dealership. Thanks to their honesty and due diligence, they may have saved me thousands of dollars. My car is now at Subaru awaiting warranty repair, and I wouldn't have known any of this if it weren't for their integrity and professionalism. Fallbrook Auto Works goes above and beyond -- not just in skill, but in how they treat people. I'm incredibly grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that values honesty, technology, and customer care.
