Within a few short hours, they had already diagnosed the issue and provided a full update. A special shoutout to Jessica, who coordinated everything for me over the phone and via text. She was extremely kind, clear, and patient, walking me through each step and making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What really impressed me was the transparency and technology they use -- they sent me a full digital diagnostic report with photos, test results, and recommendations. It made it easy to understand exactly what was going on with my car. Even more impressive: instead of charging me for unnecessary repairs, they did the extra research and discovered that my issue -- a failed Thermo Control Valve (TCV) -- was covered under Subaru's extended warranty (TSB 09-119-24).
