From the moment I walked into the location I was greeted by two gentlman who were readily available to assist me with my needs. As I approached DAVID, he greeted me with a smile early in the morning although I was extremely tired from working as a nurse the night before. I inquired about receiving an EMISSIONS test. He gathered all of my information ( INsurance card) and proceeded to provide an approximate time frame of 45 minutes. Now this was impressive to me because when you enter an establishment clearly in a work uniform it means I am going to work or coming from work. The mere fact he provided me with an estimated time shows he VALUES TIME. I accepted the estimated time frame and provided my keys. He offered me to have a seat in the waiting area and guided me to the refreshment area. I was so sleepy I sat down in those nice comfortable chairs and fell asleep. Literally before the 45 minutes I believe he was done and my car was parked near the front door so I can walk out and right to my car. You talk about service with a smile is an understatement. I am so looking forward to making sure I keep this location in mind for my car needs as well as referring them to others. Then I thought things could get no better than I receive a text from CHRIS the owner who thanked me for choosing them for my services and coming back if I needed more help. I was quoted $1,800-1,900 to replace the pump, tensioner, and belt, and was told in writing: "This work comes with a three year 36 thousand nationwide warranty. Car is in good shape otherwise." Based on their assessment that the car was "in good shape otherwise" and knowing Hondas are reliable vehicles, my husband and I decided to proceed with this significant repair. After agreeing to the cost and completing the water pump repair, we were then informed the engine is misfiring and is not repairable - essentially requiring a full engine replacement. My concerns: We were never informed of potential engine issues before authorizing the $1,800+ repair We were explicitly told the car was "in good shape otherwise" A misfiring engine should have been detected during the initial diagnostic, especially before recommending we invest nearly $2,000 in repairs We are now stuck with a car that needs an engine replacement after just paying for major repairs Had we known about the engine condition upfront, we would have made a completely different decision rather than putting $1,800+ into a car that would shortly need an engine replacement. This feels like a failure in diagnostic process and transparency. When a shop misses critical issues like this, I believe they should take some responsibility rather than leaving the customer holding the bag. Dropped my car off here two weeks after the diagnosis to get serviced for the engine valve cover…read morereplacement ...red was having to pay upfront before he started the repairs so he could order the part. This is the first body shop that I've ever known where you have to pay for the service upfront before the service is even started and completed. Received my car back within two days after dropping it off. I immediately noticed on the drive home that my car still smelled like burnt oil, which is what happens when you need an engine valve replacement cover. The screaming piping noise was gone. But leaking oil was still there. I also noticed my front left rim was scuffed. After driving it home and parking in my garage my car started to leak an oily substance coming directly from the engine valve. I called Mr. Keith and told him that I am smelling the same burnt oil smell coming from my car prior to the repairs. He told me to bring it up there and he will take a look at it. Not sure what he did but after the first initial visit there, I was back up there a week later. Mr Keith claimed that it was from the old oil that had leaked on other parts of my car stemming from the original issue so Mr. Keith tried to clean up the oil as much as he could drove my car back home same thing I could still smell the oil burning from my car oil was still leaking and there was smoke coming from my car called Mr. Keith. He told me to drive it for a week then bring it back if the problem persist... brought my car back a third time only this time he told me he wanted to keep it overnight. When I receive my car back, he told me to drive it for another week and if the problem persist to bring it back again . I did notice that there was a pleasant smell coming from my car however, once I parked in my garage, I noticed the burnt oil smell again mixed in with the cleaning products that he had used to clean the oil off my car and smoke coming from the engine. The last time I took my car to be serviced. I had to rent a car. I told myself I am not taking my vehicle up there for a fourth time only for the same problem to return. I would just take it to BMW and get it looked at there because I am sick and tired of going back-and-forth to this body shop and nothing is getting done. So today two weeks after my last service with this body shop, I take my car to get serviced at BMW. They do their diagnostic and they find that the valve cover gasket was improperly installed causing it to re leak. Valve cover assembly was now needed again, which is why there is oil spilling over from the existing repair. Pretty much in a nutshell. BMW told me that Mr. Keith did a half ass job on my repair. One trip to car scientist is all it should have taken. It should not have taken an almost 4th time for you to right your wrong Mr. Keith and you are dead wrong. I asked you for some sort of compensation and you couldn't even give me at least half of the money I paid you to fix my vehicle since you did a half ass job on my car! Shame on you! I would never recommend bringing my vehicle here. I will just pay the extra eight hundred a thousand dollars to get my car fixed whatever it takes at least I know it will get done right at BMW. This whole ordeal has caused me to have to pay for the same issue twice because the issue in the beginning was never correctly fixed. I have attached pictures to my review to show proof that this is just not a made up review. This actually happened to me and I hope and pray that it does not become your nightmare. Do yourself a favor if you have a BMW that requires any service under the hood, do not bring it here!!

I immediately called my usual mechanic, who confirmed that using the wrong viscosity can damage my engine. The oil filter was changed at the same time, meaning it now contains the wrong oil and should be replaced again, but the shop refused to do so. To make matters worse, the owner (I assume) tried to grab my receipt and nervously laughed when I took a picture documenting the mistake. They even left my car running with the windows down after the error was "corrected," creating a safety risk. This shop is careless, disrespectful, and clearly assumes women customers don't know anything about their cars. Women are fully capable of reading manufacturer recommendations and recognizing when something isn't right. I will never return and strongly caution others. I now have to closely monitor my vehicle to ensure it was corrected properly. Willie claimed he was "trying to help," but disregarding manufacturer recommendations is completely unacceptable. For the safety of both your vehicle and your sanity, I strongly advise going somewhere else.
