I stopped in for an Oil change the other day in my F250. While inside at the desk, I asked if they…read morecould balance and rotate the tires too. They indicated they had time and off to work they went and I went to their very nice waiting room. The young man that waited on me, was super friendly and very helpful. At one point I walked out of waiting room and there was a lady there and she asked if I needed any help and had been waited on. After I told her my truck was already in the back, she asked if I needed anything or If something was wrong. Very tentative and customer service oriented there. They got done with my truck. I paid and while at the register, I asked if my locks had been put back in glove compartment. They said they would check and before they could a young man came from back and said I forgot these and handed to me. I noticed a wet spot under my truck and mentioned it to the young man checking me out and he came outside and crawled under my truck looked and confirmed it was water and not from my truck. While there I asked how the balance on the tires went he went and check with the crew and said it went well. He was such a big help and friendly from the moment I walked into the business. My first experience here is outstanding, i will be returning for my next oil change. One last item, the waiting room is the best. Comfortable chairs and a coffee bar. Outstanding. All they need is recliner and you could have a nap while you waited. lol

While the tires were being replaced, the replacement air valve stems with the TPMS was overlooked. I returned the to Fulshear Tire to ask about the stems/TPMS. The service manage recognized the issue and took my truck right in to remount the tires with the replacement stems. Thank you for the team for the great job and for addressing the missing parts.

My engine started overheating cause all the coolant sprayed out and called to complain and they said to bring it in to top it off. I had to top it off myself because there was no way it was going to make it back without it. I still brought it back because it was still overheating and they did fix the issue, gave a free transmission fluid change, and half off next oil change (though I do think it should be free given how severe this could've been).
