The chef/cook must adhere to what the customer wants 're how much the steak is cooked. A few times it was over done which I did not enjoy. Staff will regularly ask you if every thing is ok with the food & if you speak up they will change it for you. I don't know anyone's names but I do like this branch for its high multicultural mix of customers & staff.
