We had difficulty obtaining unbroken tile in the correct dye lot, forcing us to reschedule numerous times. Ed was extremely responsive to our situation, and managed to get the work done quickly and beautifully. It was a real challenge, given the state of the floor, working around the cabinet, and a shortage of tile. I have literally never had a contractor respond so quickly to calls and texts, they showed up when they said they would, and even gave us a discount for using cash.
