We have been clients/customers with ClickAway since 4/2020 when we purchase a new computer. Since…read morethen we have used their services and purchased other equipment. They have always looked out for us, taking care of our computer needs, especially when we need their computer experience to "fix the problem". When they service the equipment they also check to be sure it is working properly and advises us of problems that should be fixed. The personnel is always friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Don't know what we would do without them. Ida C and John H

Terrible experience. We brought in our MacBook Air after a few drops of water got into the…read morekeyboard. We called several repair shops, and this was the only one that told us the evaluation was free, so we drove a long way to bring it in. They told us they would open the computer and inspect it, but instead they powered it on immediately and left it closed. The next day, it was obvious they had not opened or inspected it at all. Then suddenly they wanted $99 just to open the back and take a look inside, which was completely different from what we had been told before. Without even opening the computer, they insisted that it would never work again and tried to sell us another laptop. The whole experience felt dishonest and honestly felt like a scam. We wasted two days driving back and forth and lost valuable time when we could have left the laptop open at home to let the moisture evaporate. The way they handled it made us feel as though they wanted the laptop to get worse so they could charge us to repair it.

TechCare - Mine is the one on the left.... Ok no it's not, it's the one on the right.

Out of the numerous laptop repair shops in the area, TechCare was the first to tell me they could…read morelook at my Razer Blade 15 laptop. I received "No" after "No", but Ray reached out and said he had an idea. My gaming laptop was no longer powering on and due to its model, essentially every repair shop said they couldn't handle it. I was able to come by and drop off my laptop for a diagnostic check. An hour later Ray was done and sent me a highly detailed Diagnostic report with findings, causes, and recommendations. My issue required a full motherboard replacement so we weren't able to proceed with any fixes. Regardless, I am grateful to the expertise and support Ray has given me for the laptop. If I have any other pc issues in the future, I would return to TechCare, they know what they're talking about!

I called them at 5:50pm and spoke with Ray "I think he is the owner" anyway I told him what was going on and he said to come on down and that he would wait for me. When I arrived I noticed that they have a big Yelp banner on the window, I walked in and spoke with Ray about the problem and showed him a picture of what the error was, he was up front with me and explained that if the hard drive was bad that he would not be able to save my data. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it. When all was said and done, he charged me $299 out the door and my machine is working flawlessly!! Thank you Ray! You got a customer for life.
