She made sure I was aware of the special they were running and assured me there would not be any surprise fees. The technician was on-time, extremely professional, friendly and took extra time to explain things in detail and trouble shoot things with us. We were perplexed as to why our electric bill was so high given that this is a 2 year old unit. He truly went above and beyond and probably spent way more time than is allotted for a routine service with us to figure out the problem - turns out the high density air filter we were using was causing the unit to work much harder than it should without moving much air - never would have figured this out without his help. And, as promised, we were only charged the quoted service fee special. Will not call anyone else for service or maintenance for anything heating or cooling related!

First visit they ran all the wiring, lines and drain before drywall -- and didn't even take a deposit. Second time they installed both units and protected the indoor unit with plastic and cardboard so the painters wouldn't damage it. They took half the payment then. Final visit, after painting was done, they finished everything, started the system up, and I paid the rest. The same two guys -- Leo and Alex -- did all three visits. They were super professional and respectful. They always parked on the street instead of my driveway, wore shoe covers, and were very careful with my dog.
