I asked for a quote for a completely new condenser unit. After some research their price seemed very fair. They responded quickly and were out installing by Monday or Tuesday. Installation, including moving the condenser further away from the house's gas line took less than a day. They even came back later to change out the thermostat to a more modern one. We were trying to get a smart thermostat but we didn't have the C wire which the thermostat needs for constant power. They tried more than one solution and were there for hours. Unfortunately they couldn't make it work. But I was happy with the effort and it showed they cared about the service they were providing.

Once he arrived, ahead of his truck, he did a great job getting a plan together to attack the problem. When the truck arrived, he moved quickly and cleared the clogged pipe. We were in shock over the state of our house, but Mike was the consummate professional and clearly laid out the options moving forward. I got the immediate sense that he was fair and not looking to take advantage of anyone. He explained best case and worst case for each option and applied no pressure as we tried to figure out cost, insurance ramifications, urgency and other factors. We made our decision and he committed to fixing it as quickly and economically as possible. Fast forward to the repair. He and his guys were on time, professional and very respectful. They prepped for a clean departure and started the work. What initially looked like a best case, started going sour because of where the problem was in the pipes, but the guys did everything they could to not take the job to the next level, which would have cost a lot more money.
