Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. Needed my windows washed, so I called Bubbles. Their estimated wait time was from 1 to 5:00. One…read moreguy showed up at 1:50 PM, did not call or text to let us know he was on the way. Guy was on his phone from the moment he got to the house, and kept mumbling about the "high windows" in the dining room. In the 25 minutes he was at my home, he managed to turn on the outside water and bring in a short ladder. That was it. He was too busy on his phone to do work. After the 25 minutes or more, I told him that he was done, no need to end his phone call. I called the office to complain about the service, and they said "sorry about that, someone will call you later", which they never did. Rated at ZERO stars

We used Bubbles for window cleaning last fall and it was great, the guy showed up on time, worked…read morelike a demon and did a nice job. So, we had a good impression of the company and asked them to do our gutters - but that was a complete failure. We were originally scheduled for gutter cleaning on a Thursday, 1-5 PM. A little before 1:00 I got a text saying the crew would be there in 45 minutes (about 1:30). When no one showed up by 2:30 I called, and was told the texted time was a mistake, but the crew would be to us at 5:00. At 5:30 I got a call saying they would be there at 6:00. About 6:30 I called to cancel the order, but the office was closed. The crew came at 6:45 and I sent them away. The next day I got an apologetic call offering to reschedule for a morning shift (8-12) and give us a discounted rate. Being gullible, and cheap, I said OK. I got a text at some point during the rescheduled morning saying the crew would be late, and by 12:40 we'd had enough and canceled the order. So, they stood us up a total of 4 times. We'll never know if they would have done a good job because the scheduling process was completely messed up.
