I went for my f/u the next day and and when he examined me his comment was "Aww, another one with a blood blister (necrosis) I had no nipple it was a heavy scab, my nightmare started, (he told me not to worry it can be fix with a tattoo). I express my concern, he said that it was normal to continue to washed my wound with bacterial soap and water and to apply 2x a day bacitracin (which is over the counter ointment), My doctor whom I work for prescribed antibiotics topical and pills to try to saved my nipple. 5 -6wks has past and scan has not fallen I started doing the wet-n-dry wound care to soften the scab with sodium chloride. By the 8 wks mark the scab was loose so Dr morales removed it leaving a hole in my breast that was on a Monday, by Thursday I went to emergency with the worst pain, The doctor at emergency couldn't believe that I was left with an open wound . Now I need to wait and have a reconstructive surgery, It's been a difficult road but with the help of regenerative medicine it can be heal.

I visited the office about 6 months ago. I was interested in making minor eye lid adjustment and the doctor was a great salesman in making me feel comfortable and signing up for additional services which I don't really need. In order to schedule a firm date for the procedure I was asked to pay 100% upfront which I did. Once I got home my wife told me that I overpaid - I guess everyone negotiates but I was unaware of this. Oh well. I liked the doctor and he did have 5 stars . My schedule is extremely busy however and I was told that if I need to as long as I provide a reasonable notice I can change my procedure date. As it happened I did have to do just that twice. The second time however things went down hill rather quickly. Even though I apologized and gave reasonable notice I was treated extremely poorly as if they were doing me a favor by providing the procedure I paid for. After I had enough of their condescending language I told them I am done with the drama and they can either rebook me or refund my monies since absolutely no work has been done. Instead I was told that they will refund my money minus penalties and various fees. This in my opinion is a behavior of fraudsters and rogues not medical professionals.
