That said, the drinks here are always consistent, and I've never had any issues with their service. I really should take advantage of this spot more often when I'm in the area. For this location, there was only one time they ran out of boba and had to substitute with another topping... this was frustrating because seriously, how you gonna run out of boba?! Come on! Other than that, the shop is always clean and usually pretty empty when I visit, which is actually kind of nice. I usually go for the QQ Happy Family milk tea. It's my favorite across all the locations. But now I'm most upset they took this item off their menu and no longer even have the toppings to custom order this drink... this is such a huge disappointment as I only order this particular drink.
