Branden ruined my life! He sold me a 2015 YAMAHA FJR1300ES. That should be a good thing, but it's…read morethe way he did it that was shady. First off, he was the only person on the sales floor that was dressed like I was. Jeans, hoodie, might have needed a shave... You know, like a regular person. There was nothing about him that looked as if he would be a home wrecker. Classic wolf in sheeps' clothing ruse. I guess it's true, looks can be deceiving! Secondly, he got me financed! How the (expletive deleted) did that happen? It wasn't even one of those 'sell your soul' interest rates. I'm not sure what kind of black magic he practices, but it's damned effective! Thirdly, not only did he take my wife's bike in on trade, he somehow got it paid off! Pretty sure we owed more than the national debt on it, but he made it work & still had positive equity left in it to use for part of the down payment. Who does that? Lastly, through no fault of his I had to make multiple trips to the DMV & my local town hall to sign over my first born and so on and so forth. But every time I walked through the door he treated me like it was the first time I'd ever been there and that he wanted my business. Weird right? Here's where he lost that final star. Since taking delivery of the bike, I've had females throwing their numbers and panties at me. Nonstop! I try to tell them I'm married but they don't care. They just keep sitting on my bike and asking me to take them for rides! Branden KNEW this was going to happen!! And that's why I can only give 4 stars. If you go there for a bike, ask for Branden. He might be able to ruin your life too. *I am not a paid endorser of New England Cycle Center. All I got from them was a great deal on a great bike from a great salesperson.

Great folks! Terrific Motorcycles! Super customer service!…read more I purchased a classic British motorcycle from Ken Kaplan Jr. It was as described and arrived in perfect condition. The paperwork had to be sought from out of state. Ken stayed up on it, and the moment it arrived, he executed it and sent it my way across country. Highly recommended!

Final price figured was $100.00 more than the sum of all the charges put together, mistake? Was told that the bike would be shipped in one to three weeks tops. Turned out it took 39 days to get here. One excuse after another. Bike arrived very dirty like it had been outside in mud and with dead battery, charged the battery road 3/4 miles up to the corner, turned around and started back when it quit running like it was out of gas. Pushed the 500lb bike 1/2 mile back home and discovered the gas tank fuel petcock was completely plugged with rust scale as was an inline plastic filter that was laying against the cylinder head melted and warped from the heat. A new petcock and filter had supposedly just been installed?? Also on the short test ride I noticed that the speedometer was not working and still showed the 5442 miles that was in the pictures after Ken's road test and great review. So much for a quoted "low mileage, pristine, museum quality motorcycle". It did get a good cleaning and new tires, but not much else. Very disappointed in the motorcycle condition, and in Ken Jr.'s Used Car Salesmanship BS tactics. Paid top dollar for an average motorcycle that I could have found her in eastern Idaho for a lot less money and hassle.

I am writing to explain why I answered "no, I would not recommend" based on both my experience on…read morethe showroom floor and the customer-service interactions afterward. Beforehand, I would have recommended your store, as scheduling and arriving was very easy and overall a pleasant process. However, when I arrived, the bike I had requested to see was not on the floor--only the model I had already stated I was not interested in. The saleswoman I worked with was very nice and helpful, and I want to emphasize that. The information she provided matched everything I had already read online. Unfortunately, that was also where the disappointment began, because I was hoping for deeper insight, technical details, and real user-experience feedback--not just information I already knew. When I asked more technical questions, she became, in my opinion, noticeably standoffish. She even said, "You ask some different questions." I explained that I am a different type of person. Her body language suggested that my questions were unusual, which they were not--they were reasonable technical questions that any serious buyer would ask before investing $4,000 of hard-earned money into a dirt bike for an eight-year-old. I value both my time and money. From a technical standpoint, she knew the basic specs but could not explain how to operate the bike's information menus or settings. Anyone can turn a key--but I'm investing in the technology, and that's what I needed help understanding. I was also disappointed by the lack of any real warranty explanation or service assurances in the event something went wrong. Despite these concerns, I cautiously proceeded with the purchase. Even my son, who accompanied me, picked up on the negativity I was receiving simply for asking legitimate questions. After leaving the store, the issues continued. I had to completely drain the battery in order to recharge it to 100% and confirm everything functioned properly. It was 36°F outside, making the process uncomfortable, and the quick-start guide was extremely misleading and difficult to follow. This is why I called customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, customer service also failed to provide the support needed. The representative repeated information from the same quick-start guide--which, again, is inaccurate in several areas. When I called back, the second representative also could not help. It became clear that no one I spoke with knew how to properly pair the device, operate the manual controls, or walk me through troubleshooting. This resulted in wasted time and highlighted a concerning lack of product knowledge. "Real service" would be ensuring the bike is fully trail-ready out of the box, checking all equipment, pairing the remote correctly, and confirming everything works before the customer leaves--so I do not need to return. I requested follow-up service through text, but did not receive the help needed
