Or chord. Or cable. Honestly... we didn't even know what it was called or what it looked like. Brian picked up the phone, listened patiently while we tried to describe this mystery cord using absolutely zero correct terminology, and somehow immediately knew exactly what we were talking about. Wizard behavior! Not only did he figure it out, but he also set it aside so it was ready for us when we walked in. But it wasn't what I thought based on the photos. It is a smaller guitar and doesn't feel right to me. So i inquired about a return and offered to pay a reasonable restocking fee and both directions shipping. NO DEAL. NO RETURNS, This is not indicated on the website. there is no policy regarding returns on the website. Every guitar dealer I have dealt with allows returns. GuitarFinds in CA gives 72 hours. Wildwood gives 48 hours. Carter vintage gives 48 hours. Driftwood gives 14 days. Even Miami Guitars - "Customers have 72 hours from receipt of an instrument to determine if it is right for them." Don't you think that a return is actually good business? So be careful. Bad policy. If I had seen "no returns" on their site, i would have hesitated buying it. This experience was bad, considering I bought one from them a few weeks ago and they made good money, and i have expressed how much I like the guitar. Now they say no deal. So... I might keep the damn thing. Taylor only mad 5 of then in 1995. Maybe it is a keeper.

We were quickly greeted by staff and pointed right where the strings were at. They were very nice. Once we got what we were looking for, we took a look around. The store is really nice. They have a variety of instruments set up including electric drums, and guitars that you can test out. They also offer lessons which you can sign up for which is really cool. You can also rent equipment for events!

I went to the repair section and the technician was awesome. He told what needed to get done. Basically we replaced the nut and needed to file it to level the new strings. Basically took 20 mins which I chilled at the acoustic guitar area where I was able to try out a variety amount of guitars. I ended up wanting a Martin guitar which I could be back to pickup. But the tech was so helpful and did a terrific job. I wish I remembered his name but I'll be back. Highly recommend this place and everything was organized and everyone is so helpful.

Have taken our instruments here several times. Communication is an issue. You can rarely ever…read morespeak to the owner Manuel, who is supposed to be the master tech. The other techs that work there don't speak English, like the owner. You have to deal with the owner's wife, who is the only one who speaks English. As to repairs, overpriced for the quality of the work. Had a trumpet brought in for cleaning including a chemical clean. The instrument came back the same as when I brought it in. With a chemical bath the brass will be yellow in the areas where there is no lacquer. I think I paid $95 for nothing. Also brought in a woodwind instrument for a tune up. Was told a few pads needed replacement and that the horn would be regulated. Got horn back and it was still leaking. It appears the business is more of a rental service through the schools and a repair contractor with the schools. When I was there a parent brought back an instrument that had been rented through the school. It also appears that due to the contractor business with the schools being primary, individual instrument repairs are secondary. I have found that the quotes for repairing individual's instruments are higher meaning they don't really want this work but will take it in if you are willing to pay the high price. Also, I always call a business before visiting to make sure someone with knowledge will be there I can speak with. Often when I have wanted to visit this business I'm told the owner is out delivering or picking up instruments. As to the location, it is in a warehouse district that the builder probably paid off the county to have hardly any parking spaces and such narrow roadways that it is uncomfortable to drive in. This business is located at the back of the complex and this requires negotiating roads where other vehicles are double parked. Sadly, there appears to be no other reputable woodwind or brasswind instrument repair facilities in Miami. As result, I have sent our instruments outside of Miami.
