Or chord. Or cable. Honestly... we didn't even know what it was called or what it looked like. Brian picked up the phone, listened patiently while we tried to describe this mystery cord using absolutely zero correct terminology, and somehow immediately knew exactly what we were talking about. Wizard behavior! Not only did he figure it out, but he also set it aside so it was ready for us when we walked in. From there, he kept the same great energy: super kind, patient, helpful, and with a really fun sense of humor. No rushing, no eye rolling, no "how do you not know this" vibes. Just good energy and someone who clearly enjoys helping people. We went in expecting a quick, boring stop and left in a noticeably better mood. It's wild how much a genuinely good interaction can do. So this one's for Brian! Thanks for making our very small purchase feel like a very pleasant experience!
