If I could give this company zero stars I would. I had the worst experience with their service today. Way to start 2020! I called to get pricing and schedule availability for a crane, the lady (if you could call her a lady) on the phone took my information and I told her I would call her back to confirm since she didn't have the time I was looking for available. I found another company that was available for the date and time needed that was not Cooper Crane. When the day came, a crane from cooper was parked outside my property at a different time I scheduled, when my AC tech told him that we have another company helping us, I got a phone call from a woman from Cooper Crane SCREAMING like a mad woman saying that I made an appointment with her, which I replied that I did not, that I made arrangements with another crane company and that when I spoke on the phone with her I said very clear that I would call her back to confirm, which I did not. This crazy woman threat me with sending me to collections, telling me I HAVE TO pay her, which until then I was like, ok, well she's doing her job, I knew I did not make any appointments with them so I let her be. Shortly after that I got a second phone call from this crazy woman, screaming at me, saying I will regret making them waste their time, she insulted me, saying I am a C-NT! Yes! I could not believe the disrespect and harassment of a worker from a large company like this one to take the time to call me back to threat me and what's worst insult me and disrespect me!! It's unbelievable! I called back, unfortunately she answered the phone, I asked to please speak with her boss, she said she is the boss. I knew she was lying, she started the insults and screaming again. She even told me to come meet her to fight, that she's in Pembroke Pines and that she would beat my butt!!! How could this be even possible?? Where did you find this woman at? I looked up on the Sunbiz webpage and the title Manager name is Kevin Mattis, not a woman. If the actual owner or manager of Cooper Crane takes the time to read this review I really hope you do something about the behavior of this mad woman. Whether she is a family member, an owner or just an employee this should not be the way to speak to a potential customer, especially because I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH YOU MORE THAN 3 TIMES ALREADY! Horrible!! They are the worst most unethical, unscheduled bunch of rip offs I have ever dealt with, and I have been dealing with crane companies in Florida for 9years. I don't know how they stay in business. The driver shows up an hour early, tell you they will only stay on the job for 45 minutes. then pull off the job in 15. read more
