I hired this firm after receiving a severance offer from a former employer. The firm advised me not to accept the offer, so I followed their advice. From there, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was sent a draft demand letter that contained numerous typos and grammatical errors, and I ended up manually editing it myself. Even after my edits, I was not confident in the quality of the letter being sent on my behalf. Over the following months, communication with my attorney was very limited. Eventually, I received another settlement offer, but after accounting for the firm's fees and taxes, I would have walked away with less than I would have received from the original severance offer I had been advised to reject. I was also sent a proposed agreement that, based on my experience reviewing it, did not appear to have been carefully reviewed before it was forwarded to me. Once again, I found myself identifying issues in a legal document I was paying attorneys to review and advise me on. Ultimately, I terminated the representation and walked away without a resolution. What makes the experience particularly disappointing is that I had actually worked at this law firm while I was in college. Because of that history, I trusted that I would be well represented. Six months later, I still regret hiring the firm and regret deleting my original review. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend them.
