I had a slow leak and the first dealership I went to recommended a whole new tire, which, including labor, was pretty darned pricey. One of the mechanics there took me aside, though, and recommended Cars Need Tires. I went, and bang: instant service, and honest. No, I didn't need a new tire. It was a simple patch job. One, two, three, the job was done, and the price was so low I could barely believe it. How often nowadays do you get your car serviced with no waits, no delays, and a price you're happy to pay? It happened to me at this place, and you can bet I'll be coming back. Five stars easy!

Brought my car in for a NYS inspection, was told I needed to change my control arms so I gave the go ahead, couple days later the ball joint popped out as I was pulling out of my uncle's driveway which caused even MORE damage and risked my safety driving my car off Firestone's lot. How did it pass inspection this time around when it was in worse condition from when I first brought it in? No idea. The tech who worked on my car was Dylan and I was told from his coworkers that he should have been let go months before because his work was not up to standard. I brought my concerns to the manager, Wes, and requested a full refund on the services because of the safety concerns, for myself and others on the road, but he only offered to refund me for the labor because the "parts were already required to pass my car for NYSI." How did it pass this time around? It broke down two days after they passed me for my NYSI and caused major damage to my car that was perfectly fine before they touched it. Wes also wrote in my car's notes that it "somehow backed off the threads," they over worked that nut so much that the nut was stripped and it fell off while I was driving. Please triple check your car before you leave if you do decide to bring your car to this location. I am so incredibly lucky I was not in a serious accident because of this terrible installation and the sorry ass excuses from this shop.

Then he said that a regional manager will call me in a couple of days to resolve the problem. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. This is really no surprise to me. At this point I honestly rather not deal with these shysters. I'll suffer the financial loss. Changing my two star rating to a one star. Do yourself a favor and don't take a gamble with Firestone.

I was in there for about an hour total, which wasn't bad given that they had a full lot (and then some) of vehicles to tend to. This location also offers free water/coffee/tea and I noticed they had a specific box to put used Keurig pods in to be recycled - always a plus!
