Mount Zion was the last shop I visited​. I had heard fantastic things about them and wanted to see their shop. It is to say at the least impressive. I knew as soon as I saw the shop these guys are a cut above every other shop I'd consider. They were going to do my lift. I met with Roy and as we sat at his desk he built me a custom 2.5 to 3 inch lift that covered all the bases and took into consideration that my Jeep was also my daily driver. He got me scheduled and ordered my parts and shortly there after it was in the shop. Roy built me a fantastic lift and I couldn't be happier with the work. It's settled in it drives fantastic. What impressed me most was the attention to detail Roy took. The suspension geometry is dead on. This is something the other shops hadn't even considered. I highly recommend if you're considering a build there's no need to go anywhere else. These guys are the best at what they do, and I can say I'm a happy customer and I'm already planning to have the guys at Mount Zion continue my build. Thanks guys for a job well done

The job should've been done well under a years time. During these 2 years not much progress was made on my car. The old paint had been stripped, some minor body work completed, and a coat of primer was applied. Still a long way to go. During this time I watched more then a few other cars that came in after me, get completed and sent back out the door. I was rather patient. Still yet, 2 years and $7,000 into this my car wasn't done. I kept my head up and checked in from time to time always wishing john and his family the best. Keeping faith he would do the work he agreed too. Fast forward to September, unfortunately John had a heart attack. At this time it was evident he couldn't work on the car further. Which wasn't really a problem as I could have it done else where. The problem lies with a few things, when I decided to take the car else where I was met with attitude and hostility. When the timing was discussed the excuse I was given was "I was trying to keep it cheap for you that's why it took so long" when never did I say money was a problem. I just wanted the car done, I was not that concerned about the end cost. I just wanted it done and done right. They did not seem super willing to even let me have it back. I set a date to pick it up at which they agreed. On said date they decided to just shove the car and all its parts outside and not even be present. I sent a polite message thanking them for their work and other things and I was met with more silence. They didn't have the courtesy to even be there let alone just respond or apologize. The absolute kicker is that I had the car looked at by 2 other shops after that. Both noted bad prep work and already failing primer as well as some not great body work.... Which now all needs to be done from scratch again. So after all of that, I've wasted 2 years and $7,000 with them, but they don't care, they got their money from me... now I have to start completely over... if you value your money and your time I suggest you go else where. Short story, John and his family seemed really great. Seemed lil a good family man with good values that was trust worthy... the reality is he wasted 2 years and $7000 of one of his customers time and money, and didn't even have the courtesy to apologize like an adult, please, go else where.

We were unsatisfied with York Toyota for the warranty inspections, as they would add things on that we didn't request. We decided to try Mackenzie's as we only live a few blocks away and they were excellent all around. They are always busy, so it's best to call ahead. The mechanics are always prompt and quite knowledgeable and they won't talk down to you unlike other larger car dealers. Happy to be a returning customer for anything automotive related.
