We proceed to sit and sit and sit with one car ahead of us. When we finally got to the window she reads off an order that wasn't ours. We told her what we had and she said that the other worker was making it now. Ok...great! Returns to the window to tell us she is out of chocolate milk, but has regular. We told her we didn't order milk. We say that we had two drinks. She then tells us that our order has no drinks. We once again tell her what we ordered. At this point we are going around in circles, she is getting frustrated because she is confused about orders. Gets argumentative. My also frustrated husband tells her that he doesn't want to argue over our order. To which she tells us she is refusing service to us. So after 1/2 hour we leave confused...with no food. Lesson learned...next time we go inside to order.

They were working with a skeleton crew, running out of bread and ingredients for sandwiches and they remained so positive and easy going despite the obvious stress of the lack of staff and supplies. These guys are top notch employees! Big mistake. 1) it's in the basement of an old folk's home and so it felt odd like we didn't belong, 2) it took over a half an hour to get our food, 3) some of our food was hot, some of it was warm, and some of it was cold. We were afraid to send any of it back because it could take another half hour, 4) the taste of the food ranged from mediocre at best to downright bland and awful, 5) the system for putting away your plates and trays is odd. When we had looked at photos of the menu beforehand, we thought this place would be like Kneaders. This is nothing like Kneaders. Stay far away from this place.

Their cinnamon rolls and food in general are very good, BUT we waited 45 minutes to get served. The cause of this delay according to staff is because Door Dash customers get priority over the customers who are actually seated in the restaurant. Totally unacceptable!!!
