The price of gas at this station was better than most. We were close by so we stopped to fill up. It's so difficult to find affordable gas these days so we fill up when we see any. And I do like the chain as they usually have clean restrooms I use during road trips. And many snacks and beverage choices. read more

Was double charged for fuel. Went back to the store multiple times to try talking to a manager and one was never in. I also left all the info about the charge and my number for the manager to contact me back and no call back as well. Finally after 2 weeks a rep that worked there gave me the Customer Service number to call. I called it and I told them all the info and the lady on the phone couldn't do anything as well. I don't appreciate my money being taken from me. So please everyone watch your bank accounts and watch for double charges from Maverik Stores ! read more

Maverick puts convenience in the term convenience store. This location is nice and clean. Pretty basic on the offerings...gas, food, coffee. Their prices are decent compared to what other convience stores offer. Ice, snacks, lotto, redbox and more can be found here. I am also 100% that great people watching will be planned. This location has a nice patio so look forward to enjoy that with the beautiful weather soon to come. read more

Burrito was okay, not what i expected it was mostly rice with a little egg and sausage. But the store was clean and coffee was good.

Thier rewards app is a scam. The app will say you get a free item but when you get to the checkout it doesn't work and you have to pay. Avoid these guys, go to Kum n Go or anywhere else honest. read more

Terrible!!! Bonfire grill, their in house food court, closes every single time we stop by. Always saying they are closed. Today we stopped by at 2... the sign says 6pm, they say they're closed and cleaning up. Really??? What business are you people running??? The cashiers are always lovely. I don't understand why Maverik is so popular! Honestly, if you think Maverik is good, you simply have not visited Wawa! This Maverik in particular, however is absolutely absurd. The costumer service is horrible, the floors are dirty, and the gas is rediculously priced. The only thing that's good about this Maverik is the fact that they have a Redbox. The Redbox, however doesn't even work half of the time! It's outside, not covered by shading, and it even had gotten broken into various amounts of times. The absolute worst thing about this Maverik is their costumer service. Everytime I go there, the employees are always behind the counter at the Cinnabon stand, in a circle talking. We have to wait in line for more than two minutes until an employee finally comes. I hope you consider this review the next time you go to Maverik. read more

Can't even get a receipt when I asked was told to get the receipt at the gas pump no receipt printed out and I had to spend 20 minutes arguing with the clerk that checked me out to get my receipt it's a very convenient location because of my business but wasting extra time to get a receipt because they can't be bothered to print it out is ridiculous the director of the store couldn't even answer my question so I asked for the corporate number which I called I doubt if I'll get a call back I won't be taking my business back to Maverik and I will tell everybody my experience especially business owners read more

Just isn't worth your time. They have machine errors and no printable receipts. Not convenient and not worth it. Go to 7-11 just west of it.

The store is poorly managed, many times I've been there and the shake machine is poorly stocked but worst of all is the staff that was working the counter at 10:15pm on July 10th was so rude and unprofessional towards me and family for no reason at all that I will never go there again and I want to let everyone I know to please think twice before going to this store. The staff at night treats you like your are putting them out by being there. The man working the counter was hitting on some girls and completely ignoring the line for a good ten minutes or more. Then he remembered he had a job and took one person in line and just said "sorry". We were next and we go to that store multiple times a week and spend $30 to $40 each time on shakes and snacks and this time was no different. While be rung up I was talking to my husband and said "I want to try the lottery trick that someone told me where you look for scratch off that end in zero" this guy was so nasty and rude I was in shock! First of all I wasn't talking to him, I was talking to my husband, all I was going to do was purchase ten one dollar lottery tickets and he just started going off "I ain't got time for all that nonsense you gonna buy a ticket or not, I'm not dealing with all that". I was shocked I had no idea why he was talking to me this way all I wanted from him was 10 one dollar tickets. I didn't ask him for anything "special" or to go out of his way in any way, He made me so uncomfortable by being unprofessional. There was no one else in line he just didn't want to be put out. With people like that working there I suggest everyone go to 7-11 or any other gas station where the management team makes better hiring decisions keeping the customer in mind. read more

This store is so poorly managed. I was so excited to see this store being built in my neighborhood, but have been disappointed every time I go in. The first time I stopped in was the week it opened. I went in to check out the store and to buy a Cinnabon. This part of the store closes at 6:00 PM. I was there at 5:20 PM. The teenager behind the counter had an off putting attitude and said they were done taking orders for the day. Um, Cinnabon was supposed to be open for another 40 minutes so this appeared to be a teenager who wanted to leave work early more than providing a service to a customer during business hours. Very frustrating. I proceed to buy something else to snack on. When I checked out and asked about their loyalty program, I was told they were all out and to register online. Really? Business 101: when you open a new business you should be over staffed and over stocked. A customer's first experience with your business should include excellent customer service resulting in the customer wanting to come back. I figured this was a one-off and gave the store another chance. The next time I stopped in I was told there was a 45 minute wait for Cinnabon. This was at 9:00 AM. Again, why is the store not prepared for a morning rush? Who waits at a convenience store for 45 minutes? I stopped once again to get my son a donut, which they had, but didn't have any bags to put them in. When I asked for one, I was told they're all out. I asked if there was anything else I could use to put the donut in and was told no. The clerk was not interested in helping me out. Do yourself a favor and go to the 7-Eleven one street light west. Better service and they always have products when you stop in. read more
