Perhaps it was a bad day, usually me and my wife get all of our produce from Sprouts, recently whether we walk in or order delivery the quality of our fruits and vegetables have been subpar. We got some of their deli Caesar Salad and it was all dried out and wilted. Maybe it's just this location? Will try other stores for our salad for the mean time, wonder if anyone else had trouble with this location? read more

Sprouts is one of my favorite places to go get produce. This is one of the best places for organic items also. This was whole food before whole foods came about. The sad Parr is that post covid-19, thus the store has not been the same. It has way less produce on the shelves, and prices are ridiculous. This is no fault of their own as inflation is in full effect and vendors, supply logistics have made a lot of places in a tail spin. I hope one day this store will go back to us glory days of having great local farmers stuff again at reasonable prices. read more

When I want fresh produce and fruit I head to this store. It's clean and bright and they usually have what I want at affordable prices. We picked up peaches, plums, mangoes, an avocado and mini apples. And I love that they have star fruit, dragon fruit, rambutan and other assorted delicacies from tropical places. The rambutan was a little suspect but when I cut it open at home it was pretty good. A yummy piece of my hometown. I've purchased vitamins, supplements and deli items here before. The customer service is decent but not stellar. You're usually not greeted as you walk the store but I don't mind wandering around at my own pace. The Christmas cactus I purchased years ago from this store is still going strong and I love it! We will be back. read more

Second and last bad experience at this particular store! We went for our usual weekend grocery we were surprised to see the refrigeration areas shut down. We proceeded to the back where the frozen sausages were kept my spouse, lifted the cardboard to pull out three bags of sausage when an associate approached us and started yelling about keeping her refrigerant in , I told her we covered it up. She continued her. I said you can customers with your attitude. I will be calling corporate on Monday. I don't care if she's the manager or Jesus Christ she caused herself business. read more

I enjoyed the layout and the cleanliness of this Sprouts. I came to buy dried Elderberries in bulk to make my immune elixir (haven't gotten the flu since I've started making this, 2yrs now) I loaded up on some fruits & veggies, and I'm so glad they didn't look limp and sad. I came around midday and there was still plenty of fresh looking produce to chose from. Also got snacks and some Beyond Meat for those vegetarian dishes . Great customer service experience too. This stand alone location has a small parking lot, so on busy weekends it might be hard to find a parking spot. Other than that it's a regular Sprouts location. Fresh produce is the main highlight for this grocery chain of stores and they delivery every time. I also like their bakery and meat department as well as their bulk section where I can get dried fruits, nuts, and baking items like flour and spices measured by weight which usually is less expensive than buying prepackaged. read more

I love Sprouts! Smokey Hill, Sprouts have a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, reasonably priced. The Deli and meat department is alway a pleasant experience. This is a frequent go to place for spices for me. Sometimes you need just a little and don't want to buy an entire jar of something that will sit. I love their bulk spices. I stopped on this particular visit to grab some Turmeric and some Whole Nutmeg. I like that I can just get one or two when I need them and the recent recipe only called for a teaspoon of Turmeric. I was just about to grab a bag and pour when around the corner I noticed a little rack with really tiny containers already full for only 1.50. This was WAY better then the other stores who want 4.99 and up for the same spice. I also really enjoy their butcher shop. The homemade sausages are ample portions for a great price. I often just come here to stock up. I will forgive the ignorance of the few young ladies in the supplements department who had no idea what an electrolyte was. However one did know where the product was. Always a bargain to be found in this little place packed with variety. If you've never stopped in, go have a look around. read more

They finally cleaned and sorted this store up! I quit this place a year ago because the produce section was terrible and looked like a bomb went off most of the time. I went int today at 2:30 pm and ....wow.... it's been cleaned up and stocked as nice as the competition! I can finally shop here again! I usually love coming in here and especially at night because it's quick and easy but I don't know what's been up lately with the cashiers. The cashier Connor is just.... Are you okay? Like honestly are they treating y'all okay in here or is it just me that you seem to have a problem with? Literally come up to the check stand and greet him with a hello! And I get nothing in return no hi no how's it going? I'm surprised he even told me my total. After the transaction he then proceeds to talk to his buddy by the ice machine and of course no one else could be bothered to say anything to me on the way out. I like Sprouts for 2 things - produce + gluten free items. It is not a huge shop, but they always have a nice selection of fruits and veggies and great prices. Plus with the hubby going gluten free I like sprouts variety of "breads". I got a couple deli items there too and they were all priced well and tasty. It is a great place to pick up some stuff, but I have never done a full shopping here. Still, I am glad to have it! With no whole foods near by, it is my go to natural grocer! read more

Today I got half of my order and when I realized it and called in they said "oh we may have given it to someone else," as if they tried to hide it then I was recommended to go in store and order my own items. I stopped in this sprouts tonight, as it is right on my way home , and a 2 minute walk from my house. This will be the last time I EVER use this particular store again. My previous visits have not been great either. Tonight was the cap, after attempting to engage my cashier with a friendly how are you? I was greeted with absolute silence, after I paid I was not thanked , no come back soon nada , sorry I was an intrusion in your day Conner, time to brush up on those customer service skills! I came in here for the first time yesterday after driving past it several times. I absolutely loved it! They have a great selection of all kinds of healthy alternative foods and their prices for meats and seafood are outstanding! We will definitely be coming here to purchase our meats and seafood items as well as any healthy snacks. They also have a huge selection of vitamins and medications for all kinds of ailments. Love having a location so close by and I will surely be back! read more

I drive by this place every day, but haven't ever stopped in until now. My husband had some turkey from here and wanted to come get some more, so we went this past weekend. It was fairly busy for a Sunday in the suburbs, but not too bad. I'm not much of a "health food" or "organic food" person, so there are a lot of things there that don't really interest me. I do however really like their deli and bakery section, and they have a great selection of produce and bulk goods. I'll definitely be going back for those items. read more

My Favorite Spouts Store in Aurora. I have shopped around to other locations and they just don't compare to the variety and freshness, specially when buying re-pack salad. The Deli and Seafood department is always stocked with a good variety for your BBQ. The tasty Rotisserie Chicken is usually on our menu a couple times a month in our home. read more

I've been here a few times mostly because I live literally down the street. Every time I come here the smell of all the healthy, organic foods make my tummy growl! There are so much good, wholesome, nutritious, and healthy foods here that you will never take want to leave. Everything is organized and up to date, fresh, clean products, lots of cool items that you didn't think existed, just a cool place to go hang out and see what you can find to nurture your body mind and soul! The cashiers and the staff are super friendly, they always know where things are and are eager to help you find stuff more quickly. Prices are a bit high but obviously for a good reason. I shop here to purposefully choose nourishing organic foods even though it can be more expensive it's mindful eating for me. I also chose not to use bags because single use plastics are polluting the earth. Today at the self check out I was in the middle of ringing up my cart of food and counting everything to make sure I paid for all my goods when the clerk came up and asked if I needed any bags. I said no thanks and kept going. Well, suddenly the register froze up on me and I ended up having to go to a cashier and start all over again! The lady at self checkout was kind of rude and insisted since it was froze up there was nothing else to do but get back in line. As if I'm stealing food? Coincidence? I was in here. Told the cashier that said she was a manager that the essentia water was 99 cents a bottle. I could not find it in my phone. I pulled it up when I got in my car and found it l. My husband went back in the store with the correct price and paid 99 cents instead of $1.25 per bottle the gentleman that was her bagger asked if we found the coupon and my husband told him we did. Nice store, the staff is wonderful and I've never eaten anything I didn't like. My girls like to go in and get honey sticks and I enjoy their selection of flowers more than the two chain stores down the street. Normally satisfied with the store, however, their customer service and satisfaction is in need of change. Back in July, they had their parking lot re-tarred. While shopping at this store, I got gobs of tar on my tires and underneath my car. I had my steering serviced, as it was acting up, finding the tar was causing the concerns. I asked Sprouts to address the cost of the service fee and they refused, saying it wasn't their parking lot, located directly out front of the door. Several letters were sent to the CEO asking for help and none of these letters were ever answered. The main office said it was not their concern or responsibilities regarding my plight and refused to address any reimbursement. Just poor customer relations and not any care to answer any Letters. read more

I like Sprouts. I just don't get why it's called a Farmer's Market. It does have good produce, but do not assume most of it is organic. Only a small shelf of organic items sit to the left of the vegetable case, if you want that. Their produce is often at good prices, and sometimes you can find things like Persian cucumbers that you don't often find at a regular store. Their supplements can be a great price or rather expensive, depending on what you are buying that day. The candy in the plastic containers confuses me. Why have Bot O Honey in plastic boxes just sitting there? Whatever, it doesn't bother me, it just seems a little strange. I'll be heading to Sprouts whenever I want to get something a little different in the produce area. Cute store! read more

I love Sprouts. I have been a regular at the Parker, Lone Tree, and Cornerstar locations. But, based on geography or happenstance, I find myself going to this one rather frequently of late. The layout in this store is a mirror image of what I usually expect, but that is a minor inconvenience. The selection is pretty much as good as any of the others. I mostly buy fresh produce, and I usually look for deals on meat. Other than the staff here seeming slightly more beaten down by life than the other locations (make of that what you will), I have no complaints about the price or selection. read more
