Every time I've…read morecome here I usually find what I need as far as selection goes, but the staff don't have a clue what they're doing- I blame poor management! 9/10 times, it seems like the sales person is someone who has zero training at the cashier position, and the manager has left the building, leaving the sales person alone to just "deal with it". This GNC location is terrible. If you have the time to drive to the Castle Rock location, I recommend going there- Bill is very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick at getting things done in a timely manner.

I also want to compliment a gentleman named Jay who keeps the store Immaculate always cleaning sweeping getting the carts from outside just always very personable and just very sweet-natured. I don't know they seem to have some employees there that just have very good personalities and are very very nice people. Just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you for having such a clean and well organized store and such great employees, it's always a pleasure to shop there. If I could make a suggestion can we please turn down the music a little bit, I prefer a much calmer shopping experience that's relaxing and not overstimulating with loud music. I know you can't please everyone.

I needed something high-protein and convenient, but since I enjoy cooking, I didn't think I'd stick with it. Fast forward, I've now been back three weeks in a row. The meals are fresh, flavorful, and healthy. My favorites are the Salmon Plate and Chicken Asiago, but honestly, there are so many great options to choose from. I'd like to start by saying my negative review is not a testament about the staff. Great staff,…read morevery friendly, and knowledgeable. Product is good, but my review is toward ownership and the recent policy change to monetize their discount programs. My wife is a teacher, I am a veteran, and in healthcare. We have been purchasing MyFitFood products for years. Yesterday we were told that as of October 1st we will have to pay $10 per month or $100 a year to keep our discounts. Not a membership mind you, just to keep the savings. This is to combat customers giving out their info to others who are not eligible for the discount, such as friends, and family. Now we are thankful for the discount and know they don't have to provide them. We also know a business is in it to ultimately make money but this is a little absurd. I believe this is inherently wrong to charge people for a discount. We have never given out our info to others and agree people should not do that, but we shouldn't have to pay to keep our discount. Especially since there are other ways, better ways to handle this problem. When a business provides a discount it should be seen as a "thank you" and "we appreciate what you do". Not be a "thank you but please pay us for being thankful toward you". Instead of providing better training for their employees, I.e. ask for IDs at purchase, or simply just remove the discounts all together they decided to take the money grab route. That's what this comes down to. I say no to greed. We enjoy the meals but refuse to give in to this line of thinking. We will get our meals for the last time next weekend and will not purchase a meal from MyFitFoods again until they get rid of this policy. There are plenty other competitors that we enjoy to get premade meals. Hope others will follow. You shouldn't have to pay to keep a discount, it defeats the purpose.
