One thing I truly appreciated about working with Joshi and this company is that anytime we needed something or if anything minor came up Joshi would take care of it as if it were a huge issue. Had no rent for all that time, plus could not find a new tenant without lower rent from $6000 to $4900. We did not approve these terms but Reddick put them into a year lease anyway. Told the management agreement allowed them to make that decision? The staff turn around has been on going, every 3-4 months there is a new person in charge. This company manages a property in an well established neighborhood I live in. Since the people…read moremoved in we've had nothing but issues. At least 8 or more people come and go at all hours of the night, which disturbs my children sleeping. These current renters have moved things out in a hurry 2 days ago and disappeared (which made the block happy) and then showed back up moving in more new people late at night 3 days later. They leave pool chemicals out in their yard, which is not only toxic to my lawn and theirs but to kids playing outside. I'm now installing security cameras to make sure my property is safe and monitored because of the constant flow of people moving in. My neighborhood used to be safe, nice and well taken care of. Not anymore, there is trash left out and just thrown in the yard, overgrown lawn and constant noise...it's a disruption to this neighborhood. I wish this company would vet renters a little better. Very disappointing. If the noise and disturbance continues, I'll get the PD involved.

My ceiling has been leaking the entire two years I have lived here and they have never truely fixed it. When the pipes thawd last week of course it burst and we had a water fall in our house. They tore up my ceiling, capped it off and told us not to shower and they would be back when they could. That was a week ago. Now it is raining and it is leaking AGAIN . They were suppose to be here this morning and canceled and again said they would get here when they got around to it. This is unacceptable.

I am renting and never had problems talking to my landlord about issues happening with their home. Tenants are to cut grass, weed wack, trim bushes and take care of the inside as well. I understand that when it's a house. I'm not responsible for their plumbing and other maintenance issue that are the responsibility of a landlord. I am definitely staying away from HOA.

My husband and I rented from there for 10+ years, in the same house. Was never once late on the…read morerent, and rarely ever complained. The trouble with the staff started roughly 6 months to a year after moving in. The property slowly started to fall apart. The plumbing in the house needed to completely be redone. When we called the FIRST time about backed up plumbing, they came back and blamed it on us, saying we were flushing things we shouldn't be, such as feminine hygiene products. While living there, we had to call about the plumbing at least twice per year. We also had to always call about either our air conditioning not working, or the heat not working. And we had the same pipe bust more than once while there. One winter, they had a cut a hole in the wall to fix said pipe, then told us maintenance had to fix the hole. No one ever showed up to fix the pipe, and it was like that until we moved out, which was about 3 or 4 years. They would blame us for not taking care of the lawn, when in fact they would send someone to mow it for us literally the day after we mowed it, then charged us over $100 per time they mowed. We had critters get inside the attic almost constantly. Raccoons, possums. We even found a 5 foot snake (non-venomous) in our kitchen one Spring. The bathroom floor got so rotted that it fell through. Although we reported it as soon as it started, maintenance didn't show up until part of it fell through. While getting repaired, I noticed that there was black mold all over the place. And not all the wood was replaced. The wood used was old, and preused. A year or two passed, and the floor was showing signs of beginning to fall in again, along with part of the flooring in the kitchen. There was even a time where they had sent us an eviction notice. Which stated that since we didn't pay our rent that month, we have to be off the property within 2 days of getting that letter. We called them, and the end result was that they MISPLACED our money order! They put it in someone else's file! We got a phone call from one of the rental managers, stating she wanted to come out to take photos of everything that needed to be fixed. We made an appointment. She showed up on said date, and I showed her everything, and she took pictures. Nothing ever got done. In fact, about a year or two later, she lied and said she never went out to take pictures, and that we were lying. But I have the voicemail to this day to prove that she called me to confirm that appointment. (She even showed up with a really huge guy, who was acting like a body guard!) I write all this to tell everyone our LONG experience while living in a property managed by SherDen. They are lazy, rude, unprofessional, and frankly, liars. Anyway, I know this was a really long review, but I feel it needed to be said.

Just a bill you are forced to pay so they don't ruin your credit based on the opinion of the expert that failed to fix the problem the first time.
