    My husband and I rented from there for 10+ years, in the same house. Was never once late on the…read morerent, and rarely ever complained. The trouble with the staff started roughly 6 months to a year after moving in. The property slowly started to fall apart. The plumbing in the house needed to completely be redone. When we called the FIRST time about backed up plumbing, they came back and blamed it on us, saying we were flushing things we shouldn't be, such as feminine hygiene products. While living there, we had to call about the plumbing at least twice per year. We also had to always call about either our air conditioning not working, or the heat not working. And we had the same pipe bust more than once while there. One winter, they had a cut a hole in the wall to fix said pipe, then told us maintenance had to fix the hole. No one ever showed up to fix the pipe, and it was like that until we moved out, which was about 3 or 4 years. They would blame us for not taking care of the lawn, when in fact they would send someone to mow it for us literally the day after we mowed it, then charged us over $100 per time they mowed. We had critters get inside the attic almost constantly. Raccoons, possums. We even found a 5 foot snake (non-venomous) in our kitchen one Spring. The bathroom floor got so rotted that it fell through. Although we reported it as soon as it started, maintenance didn't show up until part of it fell through. While getting repaired, I noticed that there was black mold all over the place. And not all the wood was replaced. The wood used was old, and preused. A year or two passed, and the floor was showing signs of beginning to fall in again, along with part of the flooring in the kitchen. There was even a time where they had sent us an eviction notice. Which stated that since we didn't pay our rent that month, we have to be off the property within 2 days of getting that letter. We called them, and the end result was that they MISPLACED our money order! They put it in someone else's file! We got a phone call from one of the rental managers, stating she wanted to come out to take photos of everything that needed to be fixed. We made an appointment. She showed up on said date, and I showed her everything, and she took pictures. Nothing ever got done. In fact, about a year or two later, she lied and said she never went out to take pictures, and that we were lying. But I have the voicemail to this day to prove that she called me to confirm that appointment. (She even showed up with a really huge guy, who was acting like a body guard!) I write all this to tell everyone our LONG experience while living in a property managed by SherDen. They are lazy, rude, unprofessional, and frankly, liars. Anyway, I know this was a really long review, but I feel it needed to be said.

My ceiling has been leaking the entire two years I have lived here and they have never truely fixed it. When the pipes thawd last week of course it burst and we had a water fall in our house. They tore up my ceiling, capped it off and told us not to shower and they would be back when they could. That was a week ago. Now it is raining and it is leaking AGAIN . They were suppose to be here this morning and canceled and again said they would get here when they got around to it. This is unacceptable.

In May of 2021 a storm hit that caused our roof to leak. We called and immediately reported it to them as it was actively leaking in our home. Submitted multiple requests on the portal to have it fixed. When we recently moved out in August, the same leak was still active and not repaired! We lived with our 3 young children in a house with a leaking and most likely moldy ceiling for over a year! Upon moving out, we received a bill of charges on September 1st. These charges took our entire deposit and even required more money to be paid. I called first thing on the morning of September 1st to discuss these charges as some were justified but many were completely inaccurate. I asked to speak to someone about my concerns only to be put on the phone with an individual who couldn't answer a single one of my questions and had no idea what I was talking about. I was told that another individual would be calling me who was better informed on the situation and could help me figure things out and get to the bottom of the charges that I was in disagreement with. I waited and waited for a call back, called the business several times being told I would be called back and here we are, 3 weeks later and my calls are still being ignored. They left us with a leaky roof for over a year but wanna take money out of our pockets for things that never even existed in the house when we moved in, charging us for mowing the lawn when the grass was deader than a door nail in the midst of a severe drought when we moved out and there was no grass for us to mow, charging us for missing light bulbs that WE purchased seeing as we lived there nearly 5 years and had to replace several light bulbs and sadly the list goes on. I would not rent from this company ever again and unfortunately now have to take my complaints to the Texas Real Estate Commission and am out money from our deposit that should have been returned to us. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from these scam artists!

    WIN! WIN! WIN! When…read morewe were ready to sell our home in Sherman I had no idea what realtor to call so I googled "best realtor in Texoma." Lisa Hitchcock's name came up. I read all of her reviews and gave her a call. She definitely lives up to her reputation. She was so easy to work with and explained everything as we went along. She gave us a timeline of when she thought it would sell (3 wks) and how much it would sell for and she was exactly right! She is amazing, and the Best in Texoma. After we sold our house, we were going to need a realtor in the Wylie/Sachse area so I called Lisa to see if she knew someone. As it turned out, she had a new employee named Rhonda McClure who lived in Sachse, and we worked with her to find our new home. Rhonda knew the area so well and was also amazing to work with. We were comfortable with her from the time we met and developed a real friendship. She has great attention to detail, but lots of patience as we looked at many properties. We never felt pressured or hurried. She really wanted to help us to find "our" home, and we did. Rhonda has since moved and is working in the Sherman office. We are thankful for our great experience with Easy Life Realty. Whether you need to sell or buy, you should give them a call.

This realtor, Marilyn Williams, who was the listing agent on the property I purchased in Denison, which was new construction by an independent builder, was the most difficult realtor I have ever dealt with. This is the 4th home I've purchased and by far the most stressful. My last home was also new construction, and I am familiar with the process of purchasing new construction. I have also spent time working as a real estate broker and have experience working with other realtors. Marilyn frustrated both me and my realtor as the buyer by being extremely unresponsive, waiting to answer questions until right before deadlines, refusing to address our concerns with the construction details, and refusing to provide usual and customary customer service. Then, during the closing process refused to provide details of the builder's warranty stating, "It has to be in writing in the contract and signed... most likely will fix anything asked in the first year. Not cosmetic or due to neglect. But he has no obligation to do so." Yet, she told us there was a 1-year builders warranty and a 10-year warranty on the foundation. Then has flatly refused to provide it. Beware of this realtor, she will seek to rip you off if you let her, as this demonstrates. In my previous experience, our builder remedied all the defects we found in our final inspection before we closed. In this case, she clearly advised the builder to not address the defects, of which there were many if they weren't required by code. In other words, there was no concern for customer satisfaction, they would only do the minimum required by law, regardless of common sense. For example, we were not provided with a mailbox to receive mail as part of the home purchase. Avoid this realtor. See the notes on the inspection in the photos.
