The staff is very prompt, friendly, nice and helpful when there is a question I may have to ask or need to ask when needing to find an item such as snowboarding gear/outfit. Growing up around the snow in the New England area I love snowboarding its fun and its an adrenaline rush its good to know there is a store that has a lot of options for Snowboarders to decide on what to purchase.

I asked, and she pointed me to the shoes available, but also told me that the shoes currently on clearance and final sale had many in my size. I went to try them on and found a really cute pair of sandles from the Kork-ease brand that I had never heard of before. I got a $100 pair of shoes for $35 and learned about a comfortable brand I hadn't ever heard of. It was a great experience!

I bought an item which ended up not working out and I wanted to return it, I didn't think it would…read morebe a problem as the return policy was printed at the bottom of the receipt, full refunds within 7 days and this was within that period. They would not honor the return policy, and would only give me store credit which I said was unacceptable. Finally they gave me the refund but it was not easy to get, and made me very uncomfortable with the whole store that they wouldn't honor their own return policy.
