For the same equipment, propane furnace and insta of a heat pump, our estimate was nearly $4,500 lower. Customer service was great. Anytime I called all questions were answered. Not once was I put on hold so the person could get an answer for me. On installation day, Chad and Connor arrived, introduced themselves and starting working. It was 2 full days to complete installation, as John B stated.
