Plumbing: they sent a plumber to simply change a cartridge in my shower faucet. After 7 hours, and still hooking it up wrong, they charged me $700. Furnace: i have been having furnace issues and scheduled them to come for repairs. A couple hours before my appointment they called to cancel because they had calls that were more important to get to, and then told me that they couldn't reschedule me because they were booked. They called and installed. The technician did not know how to re install the thermostat. He basically told me that I may have to call another company. He also left cigarette butts in my yard and driveway. Fortunately, I took a previous pic of the wiring and we worked through it. The ac ran great until the season changed. The "transition switch" on the heat pump banged loud and consistent. I called and was told the noise would go away after the break in period. I called again, and was told they would send a tech out once they caught up other work. I called them regularly for 4 months in until the next season and got the run around. The banging continued. Now, they refused to answer my calls. I left as addition 8 messages throughout the next few weeks. Not one attempt to return my call. So, I have to pay another company to come out and fix the transition switch. I would not recommend this company at all. Sorry, I wish I had a better experience.
