After a few hours, I decided to give them one more chance, even though it's out of the way for me. I called again with no answer, but I figured she might have been the only employee working and too busy to answer. When I arrived, they were sold out. After spending an entire week trying to purchase something as simple as poi balls, making multiple trips, waiting in line, searching for an ATM, and never being able to reach anyone by phone, I'm extremely disappointed.
