Each dress style I've tried fits differently so, that's the chance you take when ordering online, right? Well, here's the fine print... NO REFUNDS! And, every dress is minimum $100. I started with a 1X and it was too big. Went down to XXL; that one fit and was kept. $183 (see photo) I still have several hundred dollars of credit and will have to keep ordering until the next one is cute on my body. Oh! And thirdly, you have to PAY $12 each time you ship a return. I'm about to order my 6th replacement... wish me luck. Hopefully it will be the last sale because I'm MAD at myself for thinking i would originally get a refund but... Oh, and the ONLY way to communicate with this company is email. They don't have a business telephone number. I was greeted today by a beautiful woman working the front desk today and she was such a vibe to talk to. You could see her just glowing because she loves working here and I am ALL FOR IT! She showed me where the dresses were and I was in heaven trying them on because the dressing room had great lighting and a big wonderful mirror. The prices can be a little high but they always have great sales which you really get your money's worth. Each dress will not fit the same tho, I'm a size 16 so 1xl is my size and not all will fit when zipping up the back you may need to take it to a seamstress just a heads up...

During the call, she clearly explained the situation and specifically asked whether she could return the items in person rather than mailing them. She was told that an in-person return was possible. So she returned them in even received an online return receipt. Based on that information, we reasonably believed the matter had been resolved. We later learned that returns for TikTok Shop purchases could not be processed in person. As a result, we are now out the money and feel that we were given inaccurate information. This situation could have been avoided if the return policy had been explained correctly from the beginning. If in-person returns are not available for TikTok Shop purchases, customers should be told that clearly and consistently. The incorrect information wasted our time, caused unnecessary frustration, and resulted in a financial loss. We urge the company to ensure that its staff are properly informed about the return process and that customers receive accurate guidance before making decisions about their purchases. Update: Customer service made it right and helped us get our refund.

So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. Protocol, she says, is I have to just believe her and the confirmation will be coming by snail mail in 7-10 days. Will this headache ever end??? Seriously. Save yourselves!!! This has been a PSA.

Such a great deal for the brides on a budget. From my understanding, the sale features unsold high-quality dresses that have been gently used for display or modeling. Store: the store was organized and clean but surprising a little small. All the dresses for the sale were tucked in a corner and grouped by level of modesty and style. Overall, I think the experience turned out great for my first wedding dress fitting. My feedback for the team is that I felt overwhelmed at the beginng of the selection process. As a first time wedding dress shopper, a couple of staff members kept asking me what kind of dress I was looking for and seeing if I needed any help with picking out 5 dresses to try on for the first round of fitting. It could have been just their standard protocol to rush or move along the selection process as quickly as possible so they could take their time with the actual dress fitting step. My recommendation is to let one associate lead the intro process and set up a comfortable length of time (about 5-8mins) to let them browse first. This will help make it less overwhelming. Then after the 5 dresses are selected, other staff can come in to help. During the fitting, I had a great time being asked about my vision and plans for the wedding to help keep the whole fitting process light hearted and fun.
