I was blown away by…read morethe gorgeous dresses coming down the runway and immediately wanted to set up an appointment at the salon. I had been to several salons before meeting with Pam, and as soon as I stepped into the salon with my mom, sister-in-law and two nieces, I was immediately impressed. It was still brand new and in the process of getting all the new business kinks worked out, but I absolutely LOVED the setup and the one-on-one attention I received. Pam was incredible at listening to all of the details about my wedding and my vision and pulled some wonderful dresses. There were several that fit the vision, but I still had other appointments to attend and wasn't ready to commit. What I loved most about her was that there was no pressure to commit and I was able to take time and think about everything. The best part was that just as we were getting ready to leave a FedEx delivery arrived and there was a brand new dress in the box that fit the style I was looking for and she let me try it on. It was magical. It was definitely a dream gown. Unfortunately, it was out of my budget range. But she worked with me and set up a time when I could come back during a trunk show to get more of a discount and still use the coupon I won so I could get the most bang for the buck. Now that is what I call dedication to clientele and customer service!! Unfortunately, between the time I tried on the dress and the trunk show, my budget changed drastically as I had a change in venue and had to give up some of the money that would have gone toward my dress. I ended up having to purchase my dress from another salon, but Pam was so understanding and gracious and was just so happy for me that I was able to find something I loved, even if it wasn't with her. I loved my experience so much, I referred my best friend to the salon when she got engaged. She lives in Minnesota but is from SLC originally and will be getting married here, so she flew in for her appointments this past April. Once again, the experience with the bridal consultant (and trainee) were above par (Pam was not in town for this visit). They explained details, took time pulling dresses to fit the bride's needs, and even offered suggestions to make custom orders to build a dress made of favorite pieces of dresses. The consultants were amazing, friendly, helpful, and knew the business. They even offered me tips on preserving my dress and getting it pressed and steamed beforehand. Just the best customer service I received hands-down, and I went to probably 10 shops total looking for my gown. While I was at Bitsy Bridal with my girlfriend, I found a hair comb to purchase for my wedding day. I may not have been able to buy my gown from them, but I wanted to be able to support Pam and her business in some way and the staff was very helpful with placing my order and having it arrive in time way before the wedding. I HIGHLY recommend you check out this salon. The quality attention to detail and customer service and the fact they are open on Sundays just puts them top of my list.

I came here, looking for a veil only. Originally, they were not even going to let me try on my dress with the veil because I did not purchase my dress there. We tried to be understanding, but there was literally nobody else in the store that could've possibly seen my dress. We even asked if we could just try it on in the fitting room so that no other customers would be able to see it if they came in. The girl working went and asked the owner and she made an exception, Which we were very grateful for. But then my veil was ordered wrong:( I was very in love with one veil, but the length of another. They told me since it was the same designer they could basically combine the two. We double triple quadruple checked and they reassured us. It was possible. I even checked over text message, They reassured me again. It would be correct. My veil showed up indeed, NOT correct. They didn't really take responsibility. They blamed the website for the error. I kind of expected since it was a designer for them to call or message the designer directly, to be entirely positive since I was told it had never been done before. The only options to fix it that were given to me, were basically to receive a refund, take the incorrect veil home or purchase a new one. No discount was offered. No compensation. Mind you, I waited 4 weeks for my veil which I know is awesome turn around time. BUT I did let them know that my wedding was very soon, and they assured me the correct veil would arrive in time. Now I am practically out of time, with no veil. Again, the store is very pretty from what I saw, they have beautiful dress dresses. But I am a little annoyed at their lack of accountability and problem-solving.

She was kind and pointed me right to where I found a great dress. The quality isn't amazing-in fact, the dresses seem to be on the low end of quality. At most, there are only 3 customers in the store at a time to give you a more personalized experience. It's nice to have the attention of one employee and to not be surrounded by multiple girls also needing attention and dresses to try on. The associate will ask what your budget is up front and stick within that budget the entire time. I like that she even pulled dresses that were below my budget. The shop I went to before this one always gave me dresses that were either exactly my budget or just over it. I appreciated that aspect of this experience. Not only is this shop beautiful, but it offers so many dress options to choose from. The girl helping me was experienced with all the dresses offered in the shop and asked me specific questions of what I was looking for. When she came back from pulling dresses for me to try on, they were all exactly what I was envisioning and described. I tried on several dresses, but the one I bought really is "The Perfect Dress." I am so happy with my purchase and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day! Why I didn't give it the full 5 stars: once I had told the girl I was buying my dress, her attitude changed from friendly to getting me out because she had "made her sale." She was more than happy to answer questions before I bought the dress, but once I asked another dress question after the sale, she told me to just google it. I also wish they offered alterations in house, like other bridal shops do. She did give me a list of seamstresses to reach out to, but kept changing the name of the person she was recommending. Ultimately, I would still recommend this store to anyone buying a wedding dress. The selection is one of the best and I am in love with my dress. The disappointing part was the end of the appointment, which wasn't the five star experience as the beginning was.

They have you go around and clip the ones you want to try (I think you get something like 6 or 8 clips) and then they help you try those on. You can go clip more in a second round, but in total, you might try on ~8 dresses in a single session. A follow up is even less time. The problem with shopping here is that it is incredibly time consuming and their selection really isn't that big. I had to go to both locations to get any real variety. Their dresses are also extremely overpriced for the quality. (for context, I spent ~ $2k on my dress, and I'm pretty sure it's entirely polyester) The worst part is their purchase policy. There is no chance for return or exchange. You can't change your mind and if you decide you don't like your dress, well good luck reselling it on your own. Maybe this isn't uncommon, but every person I told that my dress was not returnable was shocked. Pretty much as soon as your card is run, they're done with you. Picking up your dress is a hassle, too. You can't just come when it's convenient for you -- You can come at noon or at 6 and they want you out of there STAT. By pickup, I was really frustrated with how dismissive the staff's communication had been. Also keep in mind they don't do alterations in-house, so any alterations or customizations go to a separate seamstress. Mine was very sweet and did a fine job with my basic hemming. All that said, my dress turned out fine. It wasn't my dream dress, but it was pretty and I know when I look back someday, that's all I'll see.

Eva Lendel dresses aren't carried in many stores and Alta Moda was the closest option to us in Las Vegas so we made a weekend trip out of it. From the moment we walked in, we were taken great care of. We were the only party in the shop for an appointment which was nice as it gave us a more intimate experience but overall it was an intimate space in general. Even though my friend already spoke to a coordinator beforehand about the dress she loved and wanted to purchase, the associate Beth that was assigned to help us still let us browse the store and pulled a bunch of alternate options for my friend as well. Overall, I believe she tried on at least 6 different dresses and of course she tried on the one that she fell in love with online as well. Beth was extremely sweet and always encouraging every time my friend came out of the dressing room in a new gown- she is the ULTIMATE hype woman. She genuinely seemed like she enjoyed her job and made the whole experience happy and positive for everyone. Beth listened to what my best friend liked and didn't like and pulled alternates even though again, she had one particular dress in mind. In the end, my friend chose the dress that she originally fell in love with online but we wouldn't have gotten there if it wasn't for Beth! To give the final look a finish she brought over a floral bouquet and veil and we all she'd a few tears. I would highly suggest this bridal shop for anyone looking for a spectacular and more unique dress, but really they have a little bit of everything to match anyone's style.
