When taking it off I noticed a yellow-white crusty substance in the crotch area of the outfit. I was immediately disgusted. Luckily I had undergarments on myself but STILL. I took the garnet to an employee and she took it and said she would "damage it out". She had apologized and thanked me for bringing it to her so customer service was good. Be careful when trying things on in this store!!

I get lackluster instructions to check out their sales and when I peruse the racks after the return - just because I happen to be in the store - someone tails behind me, fussing over each garment I touched. I'd rather go to Southdale or downtown locations, much friendlier staff.

There's even an interactive touchscreen device that shows you which items you're trying on, with similar alternative styles and colors. Evaluating value is complicated. I feel their products are equal quality to Lululemon and priced lower, but there are definitely lower cost options available elsewhere. I signed up for membership for now, but am not sure a monthly membership is valuable to me long term. I would not pay full price for their products.

I checked online and discovered this boutique up the street. It's a lovely boutique; clean, organized, and well stocked. I had zero pressure and the employees made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The owner went out of her way to make me feel welcomed, offering advice and even showing me beautiful ways to wrap my hijabs. I had a Lou of questions and I felt like I took a few hours to shop and decide. Not once did I ever feel rushed, and never did the owner get annoyed. She was extremely patient and kind. The boutique has everything from abayas, under caps and hijabs, to flowy pants, pant suits, everyday dresses/skirts, and blouses. So there's something for all women, not just Muslim women. She also has jewelry and a nice selection of perfumes. The merchandise is great quality and the prices are fair. I left with a great starter wardrobe for my new journey. For sure feel like it's catered to the older crowd. We parked at Von Maur to cut through to the mall. A few things did catch my eye while passing so we ended up looking around a bit. I did find an item to purchase and walked a bit to find a pay station. When I walked up a customer and the cashier were deep into conversation about vacation and even with me waiting they carried on for 5 or so minutes after the fact. I ended up sitting in the chairs nearby to wait. I can say when they finally wrapped their conversation the cashier wasn't as friendly which made me think maybe I shouldn't purchase from them. There was no "thank you for your patience or waiting", "did you find everything okay" or anything. Overall the store is pretty neat and organized. Not a ton of staff around but also never seen a lot of people shopping either. Items seem to be good quality.
