I have a severe…read moreinverted bob haircut and the previous stylist didn't know how to properly do this type of hair style. There were jagged pieces... it was heavy... a disaster. Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable about my thick hair type and funky style. She took a fraction of the time the previous girl took to cut my hair. She then put some serum in it and blow dried it (which is no small feat with the amount of hair I have). It was so shiny! After blow drying and flat ironing my hair, she went back in to check her work, and we decided to bring up the back even a little higher (I like it VERY angled). My hair feels sleek, looks shiny, and has so much more movement than before. Just be clear about what you want, and if you do want something special, communicate that ahead of time so she can make sure to block off more time for you. Overall, great experience. I would go back.

My first experience with Virginia was at another salon, when she decided to go off on her own, I followed her. I have never gotten as many compliments on my hair, as I have since seeing Virginia. Keep in mind, I never met personally with anyone in this salon, I never did a phone consultation, and I never got to do a trial. We have been working with Connecticut's Attorney General since November 2020 (it is now end of March 2021) to try to get a refund/work out a payment plan to get our money back. I understand businesses were affected by the pandemic, however, this salon provided ZERO services and has no moral issue withholding our money. Let me repeat, ZERO services were offered by the salon.
