She could of call me instead of text me and she could of try to move me to an earlier time to show that she's trying to make this work (beside it's only take her 30 mins to do my makeup according to her statement). Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable about my thick hair type and funky style. She took a fraction of the time the previous girl took to cut my hair. She then put some serum in it and blow dried it (which is no small feat with the amount of hair I have). It was so shiny! After blow drying and flat ironing my hair, she went back in to check her work, and we decided to bring up the back even a little higher (I like it VERY angled). My hair feels sleek, looks shiny, and has so much more movement than before. Just be clear about what you want, and if you do want something special, communicate that ahead of time so she can make sure to block off more time for you. Overall, great experience. I would go back.

It's such a cute spot. You're 1:1 with Susan who is incredibly personable and there's never an awkward silence. She educates you about your skin and makes you part of the choices. She sells all the products she uses so that if you really love something, you have the opportunity to bring it home with you! For 35$ and an hour of time I had my brows waxed, and shaped. They were ratchet and long overdue. She taught me how to fill them in with the perfect eye pencil. This all included a hand treatment which was lovely. With the little extra time she had she applied her matte mineral powder to my face which literally took away all my redness and applied mascara and eyeliner for me! I felt SO beautiful when I left there and I was SO happy that I was able to purchase that matte powder to take home. I will never go anywhere else ever again for my brows. I go as often as I can! Yoga and kickboxing are also offered here, so there really is something for everyone! For Beauty, Marisa has done my makeup for a photoshoot and for my wedding and both times, I was blown away! She made me feel so beautiful, so confident, and show stopping! Keep in mind, I never met personally with anyone in this salon, I never did a phone consultation, and I never got to do a trial. We have been working with Connecticut's Attorney General since November 2020 (it is now end of March 2021) to try to get a refund/work out a payment plan to get our money back. I understand businesses were affected by the pandemic, however, this salon provided ZERO services and has no moral issue withholding our money. Let me repeat, ZERO services were offered by the salon. The Attorney General said we are not the first to complain about this salon-BEWARE.
