Sean Corcoran (Owner) is very well respected in the area, his pricing is fair and the work excellent. If there are any issues, he is reasonable, approachable and professional. Some of the work Carolina Foundation has completed for me - foundation/crawl space sealing, roof reinforcement, concrete work, foundation & structural inspections, crawl space doors, building structural inspections. Sean is always professional and I highly recommend him. Carolina East should be on your list to contact for anything foundation related.

I'm really surprised by the negative reviews here. During our new home purchase journey, our…read morerealtor recommended Sean Corcoran to inspect and remediate a crawl space nightmare. Before Sean's inspection, we were advised of the initial inspection cost and were able to schedule a specific date/time to meet him at the property. We were definitely impressed by his professionalism. His structural report provided us with the data needed to negotiate an appropriate purchase price for a house with deferred maintenance. After our purchase, Sean and his crew got to work immediately to repair structural damage, install an efficient drainage system and seal the crawl space. With the wet spring we've had this year, we've learned our new sump pump runs 24/7! I think we've discovered the fountain of youth under our house! Sean's always been responsive and worked to resolve the additional moisture issues. All covered by his initial quote, so he stands by his work. There have been times when Sean's shown up unannounced; however, it's always been for something we've requested. As long as he's following up with us, I'm ok with his unscheduled visits, because it means the work is being done. Bottom line, if you want it done right, you better call Sean!

I was going to let this go because this is a small business but the lack of professional has me so upset. I should not have to baby sit contractors (I hired a company fir a simple slab). Just wow. Original: DO NOT HIRE CARL MILLER or STRUCTURE PROs!!!! Look at my terrible slab. I paid him and now will be stuck dragging this to court because he's unresponsive. 0 Stars - A Complete Waste of Time…read more If you're considering Total Masonry for any work, do yourself a favor and DON'T. I hired them for a simple concrete job that should have taken two days, but after three months of constant rescheduling, it became clear they had no intention of doing the work. They rescheduled me more than 15 times! Some excuses, like heat waves, made sense, but most were just ridiculous--family issues, vacations, or being busy with other customers who I had booked before. It's clear that they prioritize everyone and everything over their clients. Dimitri, the owner, had no problem collecting the $1000 deposit the same day of our agreement, but took over 10 days to return it when I finally had enough. They basically wasted my entire summer stringing me along, offering one excuse after another, without ever starting the job. If you want to deal with a company that treats its customers like an afterthought, go ahead and hire Total Masonry. Otherwise, avoid them at all costs and find someone who actually wants to work. This isn't a business--it's a joke.
