Their process is well defined from over 30 years of experience in the business. Our new home was a complex waterfront build close to an hour from their offices. Mike was on site constantly handling every detail and always with a wonderful positive mindset. Jane is a one of a kind designer with class and grace who made sure every component no matter how small fit into the overall theme of the home. And the quality is second to none. This was our 5th custom build and Mike and Jane are just the very best. The end product went well beyond our expectations. Lastly, they managed the costs within a rounding error during the highest period of inflation in over 40 years while completing our home in advance of the timing estimate provided at the beginning of the project. Thank you Mike and Jane, we have been blessed to have you build our home. Laura and Michael Sicuro

I got a painter who was a super nice person but not a painter. And he didn't tape so my trim on the doors had bleed over that I went through and touched up. The flooring that was put in was put in with chips in it and the transition board was not the correct type of transition board. Apparently, the owner blamed that on me, the customer, when I had nothing to do with buying the flooring or the transition board. Fortunately, when they finally made it back out to my house to fix the job they did poorly in the first place, Earl made it right and put a much nicer (and correct) transition piece in. The communication about arrival times was terrible and I had to drive from Hubert to Jacksonville to meet them at the house. Can't forget about the 3 trips to Lowe's I made for their employees to get materials they forgot to bring. Oh, and the piss left on the seat of my brand new toilets by the workers!!! Dave comes across as professional but he has a workforce that he doesn't treat well. The whole job left a really bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend this company.
