The flavor was savory and had plenty of the umami flavor you expect from Korean bbq, and the kimchi brings a great crunch. The line was long for the truck, but from what I've heard, I may have gotten off easy with only a 30 minute wait - this place is popular! The thought of the two teaming up seems unattainable but it's been done and it's called Dulanville Food Truck! Yep, they serve up delicious eats from both establishments on one food truck! It's a cute truck that I was able to try at Infatuation's Eeeeatsfest. Of course what they offer depends on where you are catching them, but they will always have some form of that signature Prince's hot chicken recipe on the menu and if you're smart, you'll get that. I also highly recommend their Mac & Smokin' Cheese if it's on offer...omggggg. Mac & cheese is one of my guilty pleasures, childhood classic comfort foods, and this version is fabulous. It's excellent. I hadn't had Hotville since their brick & mortar space closed last year. Other than the food coming out of a truck, nothing seems to have changed. I tried the Dulanville truck for the first time when they were at Three Weaver's Brewery. I had the fish sandwich, fries, collard greens, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. The fish sandwich was spicy, fresh, and delicious, and the portion size was very generous. The sides were tasty, and the desserts worth ordering. I really enjoyed the banana pudding, which had nice slices of fresh banana and was topped with a Pepperidge Farm chessman cookie. The peach cobbler was really good, too. Service was friendly - just like it was at the brick and mortar space. And the wait time was short. I'm glad Hotville is back - even if in food truck form - and look forward to eating with them again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful -- especially for an indecisive person like me -- pointing out what's popular, what they personally like, and what they recommend. Toppings: Carrots, cabbage, red peppers, sesame seeds, crunchy chili garlic The portions are solid -- I easily got two meals out of one bowl. Since I like spice, they gave me a side of their spicy sauce, which added both sweetness and heat. With all the sauce, it was definitely a bit messy, but the flavor was bold and the kick was real. The noodles and chicken were cooked well, though next time I might choose something a little less intense so I can better appreciate all the ingredients. We recently hosted a large event and brought in multiple food trucks to offer a variety of options for our guests. Without question, Matt's Coffee Express was the biggest hit of the day! From the moment the truck opened, there was a steady line of people eagerly waiting to get their hands on Matt's incredible drinks. His signature cold brew and specialty lattes were absolutely next level. But what really set it apart was the warm, friendly service and the quality of every single item. People were going back for seconds and thirds, and by the end of the event, Matt's Coffee Express had clearly stolen the show. The other vendors were great, but Matt's truck was on another level. We heard so many compliments from guests saying it was the best coffee they've had in a long time. If you're planning an event and want to wow your crowd, book Matt's Coffee Express. You will not be disappointed. We can't wait to have him back again! read more

looking for a hidden gem that delivers big on flavor and hospitality, Matt's Coffee Express is the spot. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warm, inviting smell of freshly brewed coffee and a team that clearly cares about making your day better. The menu has something for everyone -- whether you're a straight-up black coffee purist or someone who loves a fun seasonal latte. Their espresso is bold without being bitter, and the pastries? Absolutely worth the extra few minutes at the gym. I tried the caramel cold brew and a fresh-out-of-the-oven blueberry muffin, and both were perfection. What really sets Matt's apart, though, is the vibe. It's fast, friendly, and feels like a true local hangout where they remember your name and your order after just a few visits. Plus, the drive-thru option makes it super convenient for busy mornings. read more
