I took the family to Holiday Road in Calabasas last weekend we had a good time the kids enjoyed the lights my wife enjoyed the wine they serve at the Bar ( a little too much) we had to sober her up.Matt's coffee express 's f were so good and and the 3 guys working were the best my daughter dropped her hot chocolate right in front of the window I pulled my card back out to buy her another one but they wouldn't let me. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Hired for a private event on set. and didn't even want to make coffee because it's "to many people "?! We gave him the approximate number of people that would be in attendance and confirm all those details. It was only him there and I don't know why he would only bring himself for a cast and crew of over 100 people. Causing long lines and delays and then he Had an attitude with us and our guest I've have never been treated so badly ever in my life before. The guy Matt is clearly just a rude person who needs to take a lesson in customer service and how to treat PAYING customers. I would suggest using a different food/ coffee truck.
