Anyways my car was in their parking lot for 4 days after being worked on (closed on weekends Sat & Sun) so couldn't pick up until Monday. When I came to get my car my bumper & headlights were stolen, wires cut. Whole front end gone!!! Owner is an old bitter man & said that my car wasn't his responsibility!!!! Their parking lot which isn't gated or their cameras "don't cover the whole parking lot" to watch over ALL their customer cars which sounds like an inside job cause that's pretty convenient right? SEE YALL IN COURT, they probably won't be in for business long! I'm a business owner myself & would never treat someone like this when their belongings are in my possession!!!

I ask a guy in a black jacket in the store could I get air in my tires. He said sure go outside and pull behind the black truck and you will be taking care of. Then a young guy came to me. He immediately said we are not putting air in tires today because of the weather. Excuse me you helped the guy in the truck. I told him the gentleman in the store told me to get in line and you will help me. He said what guy? I said the one in the discount tire jacket. He went in the store and said he is a sales person but I guess I will help you. The gentleman act as if he was putting air in my tires. I am not dumb!!! You can hear the air going in and when it's at the level it beeps off!!! I could see him in the side mirror. He never took the caps off the tire nor hook the hose to my tires. He came back and said your tires are too low and not at speck so they can't be filled. WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU SAYING!! I have never heard of a thing. The tires are not at speck and can't be filled. I said okay and left. Making an appointment at another Discount Tire so they can examine my tires. This young guy is white or middle eastern with brown short curly hair. They charged me $1,100 dollars for a front end job that should have cost me $700.00. And they messed up the part that they put on and denied doing it after another shop found it, I had to pay another $200.00 to have it fixed. Luckily, they felt sorry for me and didn't charge me labor. I had a line that was leaking replaced on my car and it started leaking two weeks later. Their work is suppose to have a one year warranty. They gave me the run around for three months and still didn't fix it. I am out another $500.00 dollars! The manager will smile and lie to your face. Don't believe anything that he says. Price included tires, balancing and tire disposal. I couldn't believe how fast they work. Four tires taken off the vehicle, the old tires taken off the rims, the new tires put on the rims, and the tires put back on the vehicle and balanced done in only 20 mins.
