One King Sealy Adjustable bed One King Mattress and box springs and One Queen Mattress and box springs. Needless to say, I spent quit a lot of money. First, they couldn't deliver my bed which was the most important for two weeks. The other two beds were to be delivered a week after purchase. So I had to arrange my schedule for two separate deliveries a week a part. When it came time for delivery for the first two beds, which were to go upstairs, I met the delivery men. Showed them exactly where I wanted each bed to go. With very detailed instructions. The driver did not speak English well so I went outside and told the other delivery man exactly what I had told the first. His response was "I'm not going inside" Like I was crazy for thinking he would! I had to leave so my daughter came over and stayed to let them bring the beds inside and lock up behind them. Minutes after I left my daughter texted me to ask if I told them it was ok to put the beds in my room. I called her and she said they had literally dumped them in my room and took off. They were gone so fast I couldn't catch them and make them come back. When I got back home, they had piled all of the beds in my downstairs bedroom on their sides!!! The split king box springs which are two twins, they had put upstairs. They did not even try to take the king mattress upstairs where I had told them to put it. They also didn't even try to take the queen mattress or box springs upstairs! I had not even showed them my downstairs bedroom or ever suggested they put them in my room! They claimed the king size mattress wouldn't fit upstairs. They didn't even try to take them upstairs!!! Now I can't even get into my room. These two huge mattresses and box springs have been pushed into my room with no consideration of how I am supposed to get in and get my clothes. P There had previously been queen size beds upstairs so I know they would have fit! When I called the saleslady Janna, she suggested I call corporate and "raise hell" My response to her was I didn't buy them from corporate and I was not going to spend the evening on the phone calling around. I told her she needed to call corporate and she told me she would. I never heard back from her. I called multiple times over the next few days. No answer. I had no opportunity to go into the store until today. This entire experience had been a total nightmare. I cannot even get into my bedroom and have had nowhere to sleep for the last week except my couch!!! All this after spending a huge amount of money in these beds!!!!!
