MADE in the USA! The sales associate/design consultant I had was Paras Hilstro who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She answered all of my questions that day and later in several emails. I was allowed to borrow 10 fabric samples to take home which helped me make a decision. I was able to place my order by phone which was very good. My furniture was arrived at Bassett two weeks ahead of the projected date. It was delivered 6 days before Thanksgiving which was perfect since I was hosting for the holiday. The delivery was flawless from competence of delivery men to setting up the furniture. I highly recommend Bassett Furniture for quality and value. In addition, I highly recommend Design Consultant Paras Hilstro for her excellent service including knowledge of this furniture line.

We were greeted promptly and efficiently with a gentleman by the name of Brian. Brian was very friendly and knew exactly what I needed from the moment. I walked in the door and explain to him what was going on because I have a crushed spine. He walk us through the whole process and was very funny and took the time to let us try all the mattresses we wanted to try, and did not feel like we were being rushed at all. He gave us his cell phone number after the service was done in case we needed anything after the sale was complete to help with, which was very much appreciated because it ended up being Needed later on. The delivery of the platform and mattress was a little different because I was kind of skeptical about the whole process because I knew the size of my stairwell that it needed to go up and sure enough what we had purchased did not fit so we had to wait and Get a new platform in new bed than what we originally purchased, but Brian was with us the whole time walking us through the process and helping us out. When I reached out about the issue with Emily, I was honestly unsure how it would be handled. Not only did Emily take my concerns seriously, but she went above and beyond by offering an exchange and even arranging a temporary bed while we wait for the new one to arrive. That level of care, responsiveness, and professionalism is truly rare--especially for such a significant purchase--and we really appreciate it. Truly great customer service.

I purchased a sofa from Mooradians and noticed the arms leaning in and the middle sagging after a…read morelittle use. Called Mooradians and they agreed to pick it up to repair it.  It was brought back after they added the center supports that were missing when it was originally delivered.  We were told by their service guy and Bill Mooradian himself that we had removed the center supports that were missing.  An unbelievable claim that we vehemently deny.  The arms looked better on the returned sofa but definitely not completely straight.  The bottom was not straight across the 3 sections and the sofa rocked.  Even within 1 section that is less then 2 feet across it was off by over 1 inch and that is very noticeable.  That is a sign to me that the frame was bent because of the missing support and they hadn't addressed it.  I talked directly with Bill Mooradian and he claimed it was perfectly fine to be that uneven but reluctantly agreed to take it back again. It came back again with little change in the uneven bottom that is still very noticeable and it still rocked.  We were told both times to use the sofa and the rocking would eventually settle out. Plus on one side the power recliner wasn't working.  Their service guy came out again and found where a wire was loose under the sofa from when they worked on it.  I showed him where it wasn't even across the bottom and he claimed that he wasn't told to make it even across the bottom . That was the whole reason they had taken it back to repair it! He would talk to Bill Mooradian about it and one of them would get back to me.  That's several months ago and they never got back to me! They deliver a defective product with missing center supports and then won't repair the resulting bent frame.  Bill has claimed that they often come from the factory like this but ours was not delivered all out of whack and we went back to the store to look at the same sofa on the showroom floor. The arms were straight and it was perfectly straight all the way across the top and the bottom of the sofa.  Beware of their terrible customer support and failure to stand behind their product. This is not a cheap store so avoid them
