I live in an older house, so when they were coming to deliver the bed that I had purchased it did not fit where I wanted it to fit so I needed to change the style of the entire purchase that I had made. So in the end I did get a bed that I did not originally purchase, but it was still a great purchase. Let's start with the customer service. We were greeted promptly and efficiently with a gentleman by the name of Brian. Brian was very friendly and knew exactly what I needed from the moment. I walked in the door and explain to him what was going on because I have a crushed spine. He walk us through the whole process and was very funny and took the time to let us try all the mattresses we wanted to try, and did not feel like we were being rushed at all. He gave us his cell phone number after the service was done in case we needed anything after the sale was complete to help with, which was very much appreciated because it ended up being Needed later on. The delivery of the platform and mattress was a little different because I was kind of skeptical about the whole process because I knew the size of my stairwell that it needed to go up and sure enough what we had purchased did not fit so we had to wait and Get a new platform in new bed than what we originally purchased, but Brian was with us the whole time walking us through the process and helping us out. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and because of the fact that he did what he did I would continue to return back to this location, I recommend that if you are in search of a bed that you check this place out it is definitely worth your while and by the way it's been the best night sleep I've ever had in my life I wake up refreshed and my wife is saying that I don't snore anymore lol I didn't think I snored. It's apparent that they have a set format that they follow to ascertain what your needs and wants are in order to provide you with the various options to meet those needs. If our sales rep did not know the answer to a question, she promptly inquired with a supervisor to find the answer. We were encouraged to try various mattresses in the store that met our criteria to help us make a final decision. After returning home to take some final measurements, we returned the following day to make the purchase. As should be expected, an effort was made to up-sale certain accessories and services. None were unreasonable, however. A holiday sale was in progress, so we were able to obtain a free adjustable base, and a free mattress protector, in addition to the $500 reduction in the cost of the queen size mattress. While delivery to the front door would have been free, we opted for the platinum service at a sale price of $120, which included removal of the old mattress and base, and setup of the new adjustable base and mattress. The day before the agreed upon delivery date, a text message was sent to our cell phone identifying a 2-hour window within which we could expect delivery on the following day. On the delivery date, a text message and an email were received, within the 2-hour window, to let us know that the delivery truck was approximately 20 minutes away. The delivery staff were on time, efficient, and very careful with the removal of the old mattress and base, and the setup of the new base and mattress. Nothing negative to report.

Kincaid's furniture is always made from the best materials (solid hardwood and durable leather) and is in a separate (higher) class in comparison to what is available elsewhere. A complete disregard to one's time and deceptive practices. I've been dealing with an ongoing issue going on a year now. I've had over 5 appointments that were cancelled without appropriate communication. I've had techs lie and say they showed up and attempted to reach me and is clearly seen on camera walking up to my door and immediately turning around and leaving. When I finally became exhausted with the disregard, I decided to contact the customer service department to inform them of what's happening and as usual there was no integrity or loyalty to their customers. I was never rude etc. I even made disclaimers that I had no interest in being disrespectful etc. The Customer service supervisor failed at her job to offer any forms of comfort or integrity. Please do not be fooled by the sales antics. There is no customer loyalty and there is no follow through. I'm not a difficult person..I simply believe you should get what you pay for.
