I'm writing an update to my original review. We wish we would have read the previous reviews prior to purchasing the same 6000 Temperpedic breeze bed. Similar customer service and delivery issues. When the bed was originally delivered my husband noticed a stain on the mattress unfortunately the delivery guys were already gone and he thought he could wipe it off so he did not call it in. However the stain did not wipe off. We were also supposed to receive a gift card for our purchase at the time which I believe was $300 and we never received it. We spent the months after the time of purchase trying to contact Lamar or anyone that will listen to our complaints. We were told Lamar would call us to which he never did my husband had to keep calling and physically go into the store. We are not happy with the bed. It is was supposed to to be soft, which it's not. It's supposed to be cooling, which it is... with no sheets or covers, but who sleeps with no sheets. We spent so much money there was nothing we could trade it in for that was equal value without adding more money to get an even more expressive bed. When we finally did get to talk to someone at the store after having to go physically there because no one would return our calls we were told to call Tempur-Pedic directly. My husband called the company and again was given the runaround. It has been 9 months and we still have not seen a gift card or had a returned call from Temperpedic. We have come to the conclusion we are stuck with a bed that is uncomfortable and not cooling. We were hoping over time it would feel different, after all, this is the type the comfort selector machine recommended. If you need a great bed, I heard SAMs and COSCO have great beds for less than $1000. Beware of anyone that mentions a deal for a good yelp review. read more

I came to mattress warehouse waldorf in February 2020 because it was a convenient location for me. I was greeted by Rich, who was a very knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. I explained the budget, and he immediately found me 3 mattresses. Although he did not have the one I chose, he offered me an upscale one for the same price while we waited for the correct one to show up to the store. I took it home but did not use or unwrap it, instead waiting for the correct one. Fast forward a week, and I had the correct one home as a free exhange, but did not like it after 3 days. I contacted Rich, and told him I had found an online-only Sealy model that they didn't stock at the store. He special ordered it and we had it in 2 weeks. He then did a comfort exchange and offered a better price on this Sealy for my troubles. Although it took several trips to the store to finish this whole deal, I couldn't be happier with the experience! Lamar and Mark gave us superb customer service. Mattress Warehouse uses a process called bed match to analyze your needs based on your age, weight, sleep style and health issues. After our analysis was completed we were shown several mattresses that fit our profile. After laying on each mattress, we picked our perfect fit and then the service got even better. Lamar price matched our mattress and adjustable bed base with the lowest price advertised online!!!!! My husband and I could not pass up the great deal we received from Lamar at Waldorf Mattress Warehouse. Oh and he even gave us two extremely comfortable pillows. We received great service from Mattress Warehouse on Crain Highway. The young man was thorough in asking our needs and we are very pleased with our mattress. I believe we saved in the process because we checked a few other places as well. I also like the next day delivery and the time frame that is given so you will not be waiting all day long. I would definitely recommend this store to others. As a matter of fact, two of the three of us who purchased will be returning to update our beds. Our young man was very patient and we appreciate this especially during a time when everything is so fast paced. Well done young man...well done! It was time for a new bed! I have osteoarthritis in both knees and sciatica on my right side. I went thru the process of the Bed Match... that lady talks a lot lol but it was so accurate! I tested out a few beds and absolutely fell in love with the Aireloom Azure Ocean Firm w/Adjustable Base! This bed is like a cloud but so much support. I felt none of my aches and pains. It even has a massage feature! My salesperson, Jahmal, who's the Sales Manager, was so phenomenal, professional and friendly!
