This was especially disheartening as all we have to sleep on is an air mattress and I'm 6 months pregnant with pre-existing back issues. Fast forward to today. My husband and I decide that we need to buy a mattress so we can sleep decently while we wait for our furniture. After reading some reviews on Yelp, we went with this specific Mattress Firm. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Ira Harris, we knew we would be leaving with a mattress. He was so lively, helpful, full of energy and full of desire to do whatever he could to get us a mattress as soon as possible. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to help us. He was even great with our three year old daughter who was being less than behaved at the time of our visit. I cannot express how thankful I am that we chose this particular store and had Ira as a sales associate. I am now sitting on our new mattress, that Ira was kind enough to help my husband attach to the roof of our vehicle so we could use it as soon as possible, and it's so comfortable and perfect. I am very much looking forward to finally having a good nights sleep after so long on the road. Thank you Ira, I hope you get a raise ASAP, you deserve it!!!!

It took them 3 months to send the part to repair the recliner (still not repaired). They did not send all the parts. Now I guess im supposed to wait another 3 months before they send the part. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. I REGRET PURCHASING THE SORRY PROTECTION PLAN. At this point I should just purchase another recliner from somewhere else. Really Disappointed in the service.

I had the opportunity to visit this much needed fresh approach to furniture and design store,…read moreScandinavian Design. If you are familiar with the Southern Maryland (Waldorf) area, you will find this store where Toys r Us use to be. Years ago the DMV had a few Eurocentric furniture stores such as SCAN and StoreHouse. Unfortunately, these stores closed their doors for good in the early 2000s. Luckily, we now have a rebirth of this awesome euro style furniture in our backyard. There was so much to consider, I need another visit to truly separate my wants and needs. Upon entry, I was greeted by a nice sales person (Nadia). She gave me information then allowed me to shop in peace. Please ask for Nadia during your visit. I've attached several photos to give you a visual of how unique their furniture options are when compared to other stores. I later reached back out to Nadia to discuss an art piece that I wanted to purchase. She set everything up and even informed me of an imminent holiday sale (nice)! Thanks Nadia!

The sales associate was early 40s gentleman who helped us out so much. No pressure to buy, only there to help. He actually cited a book where he would call customers after finding a discounted mattress for them and said we could join the list. He explained very clearly how the company sends a trial mattress out and if cancelled/not liked enough to buy, the customer will send the mattress back. Those are then cleaned and stored and sold at a discount. We actually found a mattress we loved and was discounted. It was delivered later that week. No hassle on us at all. We def recommend coming here for shopping. They have all the pillows, covers, and bed frames you need. Speak with Derrick only! Jake n kev
