They do not take care of their customers when it comes to warranties I have been doing nothing but calling them once a week for them to call me back on my mother's phone instead of calling me back on the phone number I provided. There is no email to get somebody to email you back. I just need to speak to a live person. Also I had one repair done a few months ago. The job is terrible. It was not the right color paint. It looks horrible now I'm supposed to exchange it, but they will only do the table and not the chairs. Meanwhile, they did the work on both the chairs and the table SO - do not buy the protection plan because it's more of a headache than just going out to buy another piece of furniture from a different department store. Do not buy furniture from them. Take advice from me put your money in a mom and pop shop because this is not it. They don't care about their customers and mark my words as a retail professional- we won't be seeing many Raymours in the future- this business will fail if this is the way they handle it.

I finally get a response from service and I send the chain of emails back to service and I tell them a drawer that wasn't damaged is now damaged. The trim is just falling off of the drawer. At this point I want a credit to get something nicer. Someone calls and speaks to my husband and tries to say you're over stuffing the drawers you shouldn't have even received replacement drawers. A technician is supposed to come out. Now I'm going to fight with them over the crap that was made because you suddenly don't want to send drawers after you sent me the wrong ones, you want a technician to come out and do what? Ridiculous. I feel bad for the sales people because they are very nice, but some of their products are made horribly and their customer service is the absolute worst.
